So they changed their name and added a letter to both words, and hey presto. Four stars because it's expensive, but there's not a lot of cheap-end home interior stuff out there, especially not that looks this good. You have to be moderately wealthy to afford the "ready made rooms" on display in here. If you're into remodeling the inside of your home, you'll probably find this place orgasmic. The employees are very friendly, patient, and there was no sort of high-pressure sales tactics as far as I could tell. Or maybe people just know better because they take one look at me and realize I'm unsellable. Or maybe it's just that the products in here are so impressive and top-of-the-line that they don't need to really push to sell anything. I can't afford to shop here, but it's a hell of a great place to bring a girl who has her own house or wants her own house. Then I get rewarded with a make out session in the parking lot. Everyone's happy.

I could daydream about a kitchen like that for hours. It was rough to go back home to my old kitchen! The items are all top of the line and completely out of my price range- I don't know if I could ever afford a single appliance from this store, but it is a nice place to check out the latest and greatest, and just dream.

After a terribly unpleasant kitchen and bath place visit, we called and John stayed late while we drove to Newfane to visit his showroom. As soon as we stepped inside this unpretentious set up, I knew we'd found our cabinet maker. We chatted and learned way more than imaginable about cabinetry and countertops. He even opened a drawer and (gulp) stood in it. That is how sturdy he builds cabinets. Handsome gorgeous cabinets. John has the entire process of building cabinets to an art. He visited our home on several occasions and gave input and advice as needed. We visited the slab yard and selected granite from the beautiful pieces available. Once he measured he returned and double checked with us certain areas so he could build the most efficient spacious cabinets possible. John is a stellar carpenter and doesn't like to waste any space, claiming to be all thriller, no filler (no faux panels). We honestly listened to John when it came to best depth, width and such details. This is his forte. He reminded us regularly that he wants us to have it our way. When he suggested knobs (and a place online to order) and not pulls we listened. The cabinets come with all slow close, superior hinges, and made for your needs. The shelving has sturdy metal grommets and pegs and holds 60% more weight than standard cabinetry allows. I asked for a cabinet to store my stringed instruments and got that. He even lowered the placement available for the oven/microwave combo 4" so it'd be easier for vertically-challenged me to reach! Plus full depth over the refrigerator storage cabinet. So very happy with this local business.

We called on a Saturday morning and he answered right away. We asked if we could make an appointment. He was very accommodating and said that he could squeeze us in between two other appointments that day. He showed us some products, gave us a tour and gave us a quote right on the spot. We were so impressed we decided to do the job. We were not disappointed! John came out to do the measuring and then a week later was there to do the install. He answered any questions we had, was SUPER neat, we are clean freaks so we very much appreciated that! I can't recommend Red Leaf Milling enough! Turns out we eventually got the quote from the Lockport company, after a month of asking for it, and they were more expensive than Red Leaf Milling and their product was inferior. So happy with our experience from start to finish! Thank you John!

DON'T PURCHASE WITHOUT GUARANTEE. I ordered 48 white table…read morecloths for my daughter's wedding. I asked what type if white it was (blue undertones or yellow) and was told that they couldn't really describe and what they preferred to do, was send a sample to be sure that it was the colour the customer wanted because restocking fees are 35%. I did not have time to do that so ordered without a sample. I decided it didn't really matter. When I received he order, I counted the packages ( they came in groups of three). I told my sales person I had not taken them out of the package but had counted and all was there. When I opened the packages to wash before them for the wedding, I was amazed to find that there were two colours of white within several of the individual packages. Obviously, receiving a sample would not have helped if they don't guarantee that all the order will be from the same dye lot. Unfortunate for me, I did not do this within the two days allotted but regardless I'm not sure I would have returned them at a cost of another $95 shipping. Were the nine 54x90 and two 54x120 table cloths worth $190. If I sent only the 11 tablecloths back, how can I be assured I would get the same white as the remaining ones I had at home? My sales person was very pleasant and made sure my order was processed quickly. When I contacted her about the different colours, she told me that couldn't happen that two different colours be in the same packages but they definitely did. I didn't count but I would guess close to half my packages had two different colour within it. I sent a picture of the two different colours as requested but did not receive any response. Either colour would have been fine, but together the 'blue' white looks grey against the other. Since we had long banquet tables needing more than one table cloth, this was problematic. The material is fine and the table cloths wash well. I'm just very disappointed that my order was not all one colour. I would definitely not order from this company unless they promised they would be the same and that there would be no restocking fee or shipping fees if they made a mistake.

I unfortunately didn't consult any reviews before going here. It was nearby and was open later on…read moreSaturday than the other area kitchen stores. In June we went in and picked out cabinets. The pricing seemed good, we got to choose every last detail and we selected stuff we really liked. They warned us about the long wait for the cabinets we'd selected. It's COVID, everything is taking forever, we understood that we wouldn't get our cabinets for four months. Before we went to the store we talked to our contractor for tips and he mentioned being sure to ask about toe kicks (the little piece of trim that goes next to the floor) because sometimes they don't include it. They assured me that all the needed trim/finishing pieces would be included (spoiler alert: they weren't). After a month or so I called to check in for the anticipated delivery date and it was supposed to be October 13-19th. October 13th rolled around and I didn't hear anything, so I called on the 14th or 15th to see if they were still on track and they said they were. I didn't hear anything and finally on the 22nd I called and asked what was going on. They said that the cabinets were going to be delivered between the 25th-29th. Despite talking to them two or three times during the anticipated delivery window and being assured everything was on time, nobody told me about the delay until after the window had passed and I called and asked. Then, when the cabinets arrived in the store, I learned that the glass is installed by another outside entity, so the cabinets that had panes of glass in the doors would need to have the doors removed and sent out for the glass installation which would take a week or two. So, when the cabinets came to my house on October 27th I got my intact floor cabinets (minus the toe kicks) and my hanging cabinets (minus the doors). As I waited for them to unload the countertop I learned that they damaged the countertop loading it into the truck so I'd have to pick out a new countertop. Two weeks after the delivery I called to check on the doors to see if they were ready since my contractor was coming today to install the cabinets. They said that the cabinet doors had come back from the installer with the glass, but had gotten scratched up in the process so were being touched up. Again, no update until I called and asked about the holdup. I appreciate that they aren't trying to pass off damaged items to me, but at the same time, something seems to get damaged at every step of the process, leading to more delays. I picked out a new countertop, and to be sure they didn't damage this one, they had the countertop company deliver/install themselves. When the installers showed up they asked who'd measured the space for the counter, and I said nobody - Kitchen and Bath simply sent them the dimensions. They said that's not how it should be done, they should always measure, because the walls it butts up against are not perfectly square, so the countertop didn't fit perfectly. A contractor is going to have to cut out a section of wall to make the counter fit correctly now. Yesterday, 11/30 I finally got the last of the pieces I needed for my cabinets/counter. This started in June - the first four months weren't their fault, but the additional month+ of delays after delivery were frustrating and could've been better handled with better communication. The final product is very nice, but I would be wary of using them again.
