Adrian and Christie's photography company was incredible to use for our wedding package! We used…read morethem for our 7/13/2024 and already got our pictures back and are waiting on the video. They are a true to color team, and our photos came back vibrant and beautiful! We got their Eternity package. It's a quality value for all they include: 10 hours of photography, video, engagement shoot, and a Photo Booth! The team was punctual and got working right away. They were very efficient and professional in getting all the portraits we wanted. We opted to do a first look and personal vows, and Adrian and his team captured some of my favorite photos, ever! They made us feel at ease. This also allowed us to get a bulk of photos completed before the ceremony, and we got to enjoy more of the cocktail hour. We had a large bridal party (18 people total) and they made sure we got individual portraits with everyone, and fantastic group shots. We got married at the Coronado community center and they knew the venue and area. They found beautiful spots to shoot, and took us to the beach for golden hour. They coached us for posing and we truly had a lot of fun being silly and following their lead. From our initial meeting to our wedding day, they were communicative and knew what questions to ask to understand our vision for the wedding. They had us fill put a questionnaire of photos we wanted, and also had us create a detailed list of family shots we wanted and that helped us stay on track and get all the photos we wanted. We can't recommend their photography company enough!!

They were very communicative, professional, and offered a lot for the price during the initial…read morebooking process. They answered all of our questions and stayed in touch leading up to the wedding, especially when discussing the timeline. We worked with them to plan how to fit everything into our 9-hour day, even opting to trade our engagement shoot for an additional hour of photo/video coverage. Months before the wedding, we offered to provide transportation for them to help keep everything on schedule. They declined at the time, saying it would be better for the timeline if they drove themselves. However, the night before the wedding--during our rehearsal dinner--they called and requested that we pick them up and provide transportation after all. This last-minute change created unnecessary stress and frustration during an already busy time. On the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly and we had no issues during the actual shooting. Unfortunately, the problems came afterward. It has now been 7 months since our wedding, and they have still not fulfilled their contractual obligations. Specifically, we never received the keepsake box that was included in our contract. Initially, they said it would be sent, but they have since completely stopped responding to us. At this point, they have essentially ghosted us and appear to have shut down their wedding photography business altogether. It is extremely frustrating for a business to take payment, sign a contract, and then fail to deliver on agreed-upon items. As a result, we have been left with no choice but to pursue a civil claim for the full contract amount, as well as legal fees where applicable. I have also noticed that others have reported similar issues in recent reviews. If you have had a similar experience with this company--where services or contracted items were not delivered--please reach out. We are exploring the possibility of pursuing this further, potentially as a group.

The Bahia requires that you designate a coordinator for the day, but you are free to either provide your own or work with one of their select coordinators (in which case the additional cost is folded into the contract). We opted for one of their coordinators, and are very happy that we ended up working with Jamie. She first met us the night before the wedding at our informal rehearsal, where she displayed incredible patience as we rehearsed our entrance skit over and over and over again, running significantly later than she was supposed to be there. The next day, she immediately became a solver of crises, discoverer of oversights, decorator of the reception venue, orchestrator of wedding party members, and - as if that wasn't already enough - learned to operate the sound console for the audio. When we found ourselves without a towel and needing to dry our hands, she instantly offered her sleeve. In short, every issue that came up while Jamie was present (from well before the guests arrived until we started dinner at the reception) was resolved seemingly magically, and every detail that could have slipped through the cracks didn't. Through it all she was also a warm, encouraging, and supportive presence, and even though we had just met, it almost felt like she was a member of the wedding party. Truly can't say enough great things about Jamie!

Hiring Mathieu with TapSnap was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding day. The…read moreconcept of using a green screen and digital props is brilliant and made the experience so much more fun for our guests. This was an excellent alternative to the traditional photo booths & props that we typically see at weddings. Mathieu customized our backgrounds and props to fit not only our wedding theme, but also our individual personalities and interests! He included photos of our favorite destinations, our favorite football teams, and even created digital props with photos of our dogs! The experience felt extremely unique and personalized, and our guests had SO much fun taking silly photos. Also, the booth immediately prints two high quality 4x6 copies of every photo taken. Mathieu and his team were so easy to work with during this process, and were very kind and patient to all of our guests at the reception. My husband and I would recommend TapSnap to anyone in need of a photobooth for a wedding or other event! Some of my wedding guests who used other vendors even commented on how they had known TapSnap existed for their weddings! In terms of technology, they have the coolest options hands down. You can customize your own backdrops - my husband went to USC so we had a Trojan background, I found a Hello Kitty background I liked online, really the options are endless! And then once the photo is taken, you can continue to edit it and add props to it. I made sure to include a picture of my dog which a lot of people added into their photos. The picture quality is amazing too! Unlike the standard photobooths where you get a reel of 4 tiny photos, you get a full 4x6 picture with as many copies as you'd like. The pictures are crisp, clear, and most importantly, flattering! Matthieu and his assistant were also wonderful and such a pleasure to work with! They were patient and kind, and took time explaining the options to all my guests, some of who probably became more difficult as the night went on lol. They really are class act and I have a feeling that they are going to become the go-tos for event photobooths. You will not regret hiring them for your event!
