Both Pauleen and Myro are incredibly talented and professional photographers. Pauleen helped make us feel entirely at ease in front of the camera with her directions and constantly hyping us up. On our wedding day, she knew all the best photo spots at our venue and was able to get us a wide variety of photos for our couple's portraits. Myro did a fantastic job getting photos of all our guests during the cocktail hour. We had several guests compliment how friendly he was and how many people he captured. In the background leading up to our wedding day, the True Photography team helped put a photography timeline that aligned with our wedding coordinator's timeline. This helped ensure we got all the photos needed included first looks, couple's portraits, family portraits, etc. No special moment was missed by the team throughout the wedding. From first looks to dancing at the end of the night, we the full story of our wedding day captured!

True team helped us create a thorough timeline while offering suggestions/clarification so we knew what to expect and see the vision! Alex, Sheryl, and Dillan were assigned as our wedding day True team! Alex kept us on track with getting important photos and staying within the timeline. Alex was clear on posing directions and had such a calm demeanor/communication style that helped me feel reassured. Sheryl was our second photographer who captured the best candids and fun moments (e.g. one of the groomsmen had his shirt off and I didn't know until we saw the photos! HAHA). Dillan was here, there, and everywhere to get the best angles for our first dance, games, and guest reactions. Looking at our photos, I'm floored with how beautiful they turned out! The wedding day came and went like a flash, but now we have sooo many photos to remind us of the happy and heartwarming moments from that day. Excited to see how the videos turn out! Highly recommend considering True Photography & Video!

All Mamas out there, THIS IS YIYR GIRL for newborn/family photos…read more I am new to the area and a new mom who was looking for a newborn session that wasn't priced to high but still offered high quality images. The booking experience was so easy! We had a quick phone consult and I was quickly out at ease that this session was going to be exactly what I was looking for. She follows very safe measures when handling your baby, practices great hygiene and cleanliness the entire session and wore a mask. I loved how prepared she was when we walked in with all the little baby sets set up based off what I described to her I wanted. I sent her Inspo photos and she did as many as she could and more. She is really pleasant to work with and gives you so much freedom to pick and choose from her large selection of swaddles, blankets and props. She even has gowns and outfits for moms and siblings to use for family photos! I loved how she had everything you would need for changing baby, postpartum needs and lots of snacks and drinks. Her patience with feedings during the session was great. It really helped us to achieve calm and beautiful photos and we never felt rushed. Overall this was an incredible experience from the moment we walked in. All you really need is you and baby or family and she had the rest.

A year later, she took our family's pictures for our son's one year birthday (cake smash) as well as for the holiday cards. She has a studio at her home with plenty of snacks while you do your sessions. It's also heated for those chillier winter months. The props she has are amazing and add a lovely style to her photos. She has a natural talent for finding perfect poses and the experience to get great angles. She also does locations other than her studio for photo shoots. For our maternity pictures we were at the beach and for our family pics we went to a hiking trail. She's able to taylor yo meet your needs. Her turnover to get pictures back to you is always quicker than she stated which is so lovely (especially when you want to get out holiday cards!) I highly recommend Jessica for her stellar services! She was very professional and responsive by text and email. The newborn shoot took place at her home studio. She had lots of options for wraps, props, colors, etc. Christy was so patient with our little one, especially when he woke up and got fussy and needed a feeding mid-shoot. She was very careful and gentle with him when positioning him for the photos and worked with his natural tendencies, even when it wasn't the normal way she was used to positioning babies with her light source, etc. She took as much time as needed to get pictures that we would be happy with. She accommodated our color and style preferences well. We received a link to the photo gallery in about a week and a half and the digital files less than a week after selecting a package and submitting payment. The pictures came out amazing and will be such precious memories of our little guy. Pricing seemed standard for this type of work. She also waived the session fee for a maternity photo shoot when booking both a maternity and newborn shoot. I highly recommend Christy for newborn photos!

Pricing is competitive for the basic package but it only includes 8 photos. We had 50+ photos in the gallery to choose from so it was impossible to only choose 8. We upgraded our package and the upgrade fees are pretty steep. But I was prepared for that going in. My only complaint is that she didn't take as many candid or playful shots of the kids or family as I expected. I also felt like we didn't get as much direction as to how to pose.
