Lindsey was so responsive and went above and beyond during the whole process. Complete dedication to her clients got us our dream home in a market where houses were under contract within hours of listing. She was an absolute joy to work with and helped make sense of the home buying process for each and every step. While we wont be moving again for many years, when we do, we wouldn't think of calling anyone else! We can't recommend her enough!

From executing multiple great offer strategies in a tough real estate market to recommending multiple excellent contractors post sale, Lindsey does it all for her buyers. A month after we closed, she is still asking if we need anything. I highly suggest buyers and sellers contact her!

Michelle knows the downtown Gainesville residential real estate market better than anyone,…read moreespecially if you're looking for a house in Pleasant Street, Duckpond, it bed and breakfast neighborhoods. She's an encyclopedia of knowledge of housing information in those areas, including prices, past sales, buyer and seller information, schools, mortgage lenders, insurance agents, subcontractors, and everything else needed to do this job properly. She also operates her own historic rental properties and can take the perspective of the buyers and sellers whether they are first time home buyers or significant investors. I don't think she's here to give everyone a warm and fuzzy feeling. She's here to sell your house, or find a house for you as a buyer, or get your home rented. Shes actually very pleasant and professional, But she's personally annoyed me so much in the past that I've considered leaving flaming bags of dog poop on her front porch on several occasions. I've argued with her on several occasions about residential real estate, but have discovered if the argument is about housing prices, or houses on the market in those areas, she's been right. She stands her ground and won't be bullied. If she gives you a value of opinion for your house downtown you should probably listen to her. The last thing I will mention is how effective she is at getting everyone over the finish line. She does a great job of coordinating the buyers, sellers, appraiser, inspectors, lawyers, and everyone else involved. It's a really important part of the process.

We purchased a house in high Springs that this real estate had listed and they did not disclose the…read morecorrect property acreage. We were told about a week before the closing or so that we needed to have a survey done which cost quite a bit of money as it was last minute and we needed it done right away. After the survey was done we found out the property, instead of being 3 1/2 acres, was only 2.7 acres and we only had as I stated three days before the closing so we had no other recourse but to go ahead with the deal because we had no place to go we were pretty much forced into buying this house because otherwise we would not have had any place to live. They advertised it as 3 1/2 acres and they were incorrect. we were offered the property for 10,000 less but that in no way was enough considering it was almost an acre less than they advertised. I feel this real estate is responsible for all the stress and loss we suffered! Would never recommend. They did NOT do their job in listing the correct information!
