My eyebrows tails have a tattooed outline with empty space. It is beyond embarrassing. When I spoke to her about the issue she said she had never seen this before but my friend who went there is having a similar issue. I hate my loc extensions. I already had loc'ed hair and it was a decent length. (I like locs in…read moregeneral, this isn't about me disliking the hairstyle) I got loc extensions past my shoulders on 9/9 and I am ready to cut them out on 9/24. Why? Why would I spend an exorbitant amount of money on locs only to take them out 2 weeks and 1 day later? Since they are interlocked into my real hair I am not going to try to comb them out and salvage my real hair. I'll start here 1. My hair is soft and dark brown the locs are off black and made with 4 C hair. They do not match my real hair AT ALL and the color washes me out. 2. They are stiff, itchy, not uniform size, heavy looking and ugly (think the hats in Jamaica with the locs attached to the hat). I don't know why Krystina didn't use the right color and/or at least explain that the extensions would not match my real hair color or texture. (Or explained anything, for that matter. I walked in and she got to work no "Q & A" prior to starting) 3. They are very heavy and very bulky and look very unnatural up close. 4. I tie up my hair (EVERY NIGHT) and my parts did not stay. (Perhaps inferior products) I have not done anything other than tie up my hair at night and untie it in the AM. I wish the professional (Krystina) would have analyzed my hair texture and density and advised differently based on her "healthy hair first" mantra. After all, I am not the professional! I wouldn't recommend this service. This is a money grab. I warned you all.

Today I had a confirmed appointment at 2pm, and because her current client that was in the chair decided to book a wrong service that would interfere with my appointment Krystina decides to text and reschedule 30 minutes before my appointment, while I was already driving and shortly away from her. I'm not going to read a text from an establishment that already acknowledged my confirmation and my appointment as I'm driving. I arrive, apparantely there's nothing that she can do and just confirms if I can come in the next day for the rescheduled time. I'm standing in front of her, with the current client in the chair that booked the wrong service. Krystina did not try to accommodate me while I was there in front of her and early for my appointment. She didnt rectify the situation at all but once I thought about it, cancelled the rescheduled appointment online, decided not to give her my money for anytime in the future and leave a genuine review of my experience- she's very vocal. Apparently if you see her response it's a problem that her clients arrive early or late for their appointments, they HAVE to arrive on time??? Why is it an issue I arrived early? Maybe, just tell me to sit down till 2pm, tell me to come back for 2pm, tell me while I was there that you had an issue with your current client but since it's her fault and since I'm here with the correct booking you'd have to reschedule her instead... something. Why blame me because I'm early, it's weird...Maybe, cancel the client that booked the wrong appointment, maybe do your due diligence before touching someone's hair to make sure you wont be messing with your other appointments for the day. Why not hold yourself accountable for handling this situation the wrong way, but yet you want to ask for grace. I dont get grace for wasting my gas and time today. Did you offer anything for my inconvenience? No... just shoulder shrugs and a reschedule. I'm not going to give my money and will tell my circle of people who also has locs not to go to you because this same disrespect of time and the response that you give will happen to them as well. Calls me childish because of another person's review that I don't personally know about or care for is beyond me, how about respond and give the same energy to that review, it has nothing to do with my experience.
