Rarely is there a robe in the rooms, and if it is there, I've found them to be used. Unmarked "protein balls" with no allergens or nutrition facts in the fridge. Word of advice: don't waste your money or time. They are bullies.

He started a membership for me for Christmas, he was told that the first month wouldn't start until I physically came to the store and that after the first month the payments would be taken out of my card. He called them and said that I hadn't even used my first month that the lady who he bought it from said it wouldn't start until I came in. They basically called him a liar, said that's not how they do business, that they would not refund any of his money, that they would keep charging his card and that there was nothing he could do about it. Obviously we fought the charges with his card, and won because it was an unauthorized transaction. Be careful doing business with these people. They care more about money than customer service.
