When we asked about a particular madel he showed us all the bells and whistle and we were ready to buy right then. But Jose suggested we look at a different vhicle, a 2015 Jeep Compass before deciding, one which barely had 100,000 miles on it. Payment is very complex they don't send you any notice about your car payments you have to reach out to them and then they tell you to go to the bank and do payments there and there is no way possible that they'll send you a mail until you get your car loan number then the bank will send you how much you need to pay. Also the interest rate is INSAINNNNN!!!!! For my car that I got it was 5.950% for Interest rate 53 dollars worth of interest!! read more

THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF!!! First they did the old bait and switch. My car was listed for $3999. and they said they could finance anyone. Suddenly the financed price for the car jumped to $7000 if I financed through them.The explanation was that the lower price was only for cash. So I went to my own lender and got approved for the $3,999. They told my lender the price was $7,000 because I was financing the car. Needless to say I told them them they had nothing to do with my loan and if they did not want my $3999 I would bring the car. The owner began yelling at me on the phone so I hung up. He called back and apologized and settled for the first price. Almost immediately, however, the car had problem. The speedometer would often not work. Then the alternator went. Within another month the rear disks had to be replaced. Since it was an as-is sale I has no legal recourse... until now. They faked the car's smog check and when my renewal came due this September it was discovered that there was a leak in the manifold, and the EKG and O2 sensors had been tampered with at the dealer. They are only good on talk for you to buy the car until they get the money then they will act weird every time you will call them if you have problems on the car. Me and my gf just purchased the car from here. It's so hard to reach them, they will always put you on hold and never respond. They will always tell you stupid shit just to avoid helping you. I've been in the market for a vehicle for a few months now and it's been exhausting. The dealerships that I went to just seemed to be so overpriced. I went to major ones and little ones looking for the right car. I was referred to this place by a good friend of mine who purchased 2 vehicles in the past from here and just bought their daughter their 3rd car. So after calling and speaking with Michael about vehicles and financing options I set an appointment to go in. I also spoke with Chuck the manger and I was pleasantly surprised to find out they have credit union financing (my brother was in the car business) so I know how important that is as I'm rebuilding my credit. When I walked in everyone on the staff was very kind and professional, the selection was good and Michael was very knowledgeable. I was shocked at the prices, they seem to be several thousands less than the other dealerships. I was shown an Autocheck and history report on the car I wanted and was satisfied with it. The financing part was smooth and the down payment was very low. I've had this car for a month now and it's the best car I've ever had. I highly recommend this place! read more

We gave you months to right this wrong and nobody wanted to help us. It's one thing to acknowledge the problem and fix it. But it's another to be aware of the problem and do nothing until we had to get a third party involved. The last day we spoke I told you if you want to right your wrong I will give you the opportunity to. No one called us at all... I'm sorry but your response is inaccurate. Nobody in your office is honest and that's not a way to conduct business. This went on for 5 months, that much time was given to correct this and nobody had any interest in helping us or even giving us a call. Watch out, This place will really throw you for a loop. They seem at the least like decent salesman and a truly legitimate business.. until you have any type of issue or hiccup. 1 week after purchasing a vehicle from them I was driving down the freeway in the car for the first time going more than just a few miles and started heart smacking and steering wheel violently shaking and then pops like 6-7 times. Well it turns out that every single lug nut on all wheels of the car was finger tightened and now they were vibrating off and a total of 7 studs 3 of those on 1 5 lug wheel had completely snapped from the wheels being loose and the vibrations and force from driving the car. Long story short from week one they denied and refused everything that they promised to upholdI was supposed to get my owners manual three days after buying the car because it didn't come with one it's been five months still haven't gotten it. It gets worse and too much to even type here like literally it won't let me continue writing they're horrible people and will take advantage of any situation they can to let you know that "well you already signed the paperwork" just straight scandalous, shady and do not care even enough to remember you and that they sold you a car. Or that you were in liver failure and needed your car for Dr. appointments if you buy from them they will stiff you and then tell you that you broke or had to have been at fault for anything that clearly already been wrong with the car. And Mike and Charlie will cuss you out if you cash them on it even not being rude or confrontational doesn't work, they automatically throw a fit and rage. If you tell them you need like an extra couple days to pay your note they threaten to take it even tho by law they can't until you default which in my case felt more logically sane than dealing with them. my mom recently purchased a vehicle from this place and has had it now for about 2 weeks. it suddenly decided not to start! she went to this place because she really needed a car. she walks her grand kids to and back from school every single day so she was overwhelmed with joy after getting her little car. Unfortunately these assholes took complete advantage of her. Now her car is back at their dealership so that they can "fix the problem" they still haven't been able to let her know what the problem is. I've heard horrible things about this place and it very unfortunate that people can be this way to others who truly depend on walking away with a decent car that wont break down on them after 2 weeks of purchase. Now my poor mom is back to walking the kids to and from school until this place figures things out. Before you buy a car from these guys just letting you know that I wrote a 5 star review before because they asked me to, but I wish I could erase it because they do not deserve it. They were very dishonest and sneaky. We bought a Subaru Outback Sport in April and they told us everything was up to date and that it had new tires and everything. First we had to come back to the shop at least 5 or 6 times because they kept changing our paperwork and we heard some noises that were not normal in the car. Finally got back to us to set an appt to check on the car three weeks later and see what the noise was. The noise turned out to be a heat shield on the exhaust and they didn't take it off. When they checked the oil the guy said the oil needed to be changed right away and I said we just bought it a few weeks ago the oil should not need to be changed. All he said was "yeah." I told them that they needed to change it for us, but he said they were all going to lunch and to come back next Tuesday, but that it really needed to be changed today. So we had to just pay for it at another place. Now, only a couple months later we were about to have our tired aligned and the guy said that the tread was so low he wouldn't even align them and said we needed all new tires.
