I dropped my daughter off at approximately 9:30 AM. At the time, there were two staff members present responsible for only one child--my daughter. While I was training on the gym floor, I checked on her and was horrified to see that both the childcare gate and the door had been left wide open. Because the gym's main front door was also open at the time, my 1-year-old could had walked out of the designated area alone to look for me. This is an unacceptable lapse in supervision. Having two staff members assigned to a single child should mean 100% focus on her safety; instead, she was nearly able to exit the building entirely. She's patient, she listens, and she is very smart. We've done dry needling, cupping, ultrasound therapy, and I think electrical muscle stimulation, along with programming and exercises both at PT and for me to do at home.
