BlueDragonfly flooring did a very poor job of installing my laminate flooring. The biggest problem…read moreoccurred when they wanted me to pay for services in full before they were even finished with the job. I refused to do so and they became enraged, yelling, cursing and threatening me with lawsuits. They also raised the estimate price up $850. I asked Jason to explain the increase in price and he refused to do so. He also told me that he didn't want me to email him or he would report me. The owner finally dropped the price about $750. There are also several areas where BlueDragonfly made bad cuts around the door jams, 4 to be exact. Those cuts are very unprofessional and they tried to fix some of them with caulking and it looks very sloppy. They also left a 3/8th inch gap between the laminate floor and bathtub which is way too big to caulk. I am presently getting estimates for repairs on the areas where they made very poor and unprofessional cuts. I do not recommend BlueDragonfly flooring.

Not only great people and funny guys, but they left our house CLEAN inside and out each day they left. From ripped up carpet and trim to shavings outside from cutting. 100000% recommend them. Flooring was dropped off prior to acclimate and I appreciated his quick responses and texts. We were kept in the loop the entire time. When I went in, I had placed an order and then went back in to upgrade my carpet. As a customer, I trusted them as the expert to place the correct order. They did not update my order and the wrong carpet was placed. When I called to express this, they stated they never spoke to me about an upgrade and refused to fix it and address their error. Very dissatisfied. Seek business elsewhere that will actually take their customers seriously and treat with respect.

I ask him, since we came down here, are you not able to help us right now with our request? His response was I didn't know if you were busy or if you had plans for the day! A couple of months later ,I call to get a quote on a rug that we had purchased prior but a different size. They took my information and told me they would call me and email me that same day and the next day I called, the guy is not working and the other gal can't find the information. Don't waste your time go somewhere else that will provide excellent customer service.
