First and last time I order from this company. Almost 2 1/2 weeks ago, I ordered replacement accordion style side panels for a window air conditioning unit. Left and right panels. The right panel arrived within a week. The left panel arrived 5 days later and it contain 2 panels that were the wrong size. I received 3 panels instead of 2. The first one was correct. I contacted customer service through e-mail (It's very difficult to contact this company as there is no phone number) I had to go back and forth sending all kinds of photos and the dimensions of the correct and incorrect panels sent to me. Many reps would respond to my e-mails, not bothering to read all of the information I had already previously provided. Now they tell me the warehouse made a mistake and send out the wrong panels, but nothing is bring done to send me the correct left panel never received or what I'm to do with 2 extra incorrect panels they send me. This return process continues to linger on and on. All I want is the correct left panel, so I can use my air conditioner. i have gone way beyond providing all of the information for either a new panel to be sent, or give me a refund on the panel I never received. read more

Never order from this Appliance Zone again. Terrible company and the product description and the actual item size is way off. And their return process is even worst and cheap. No only you have to pay for the return shipping, you also need to follow up with you return orders otherwise they will never refund your money for the item that you returned to them a month ago. And also expect to get charge for return processing fee of $5 for a small 2 pound item. read more

I was looking for Drip Pans for my Frigidaire Stove and Frigidaire wanted $200 to replace the pans! I found drip pans on ApplianceZone.Net for $12! I was worried they might not fit or they would look chintzy. I received the pans in 2 Days and they fit perfectly!! My stove looks amazing and I saved money at the same time! Took my order & money, and 3 weeks later when I asked for an update on shipment I was advised it wouldn't be in stock for another month.
