This is according to certified appliance repairman from Whirlpool to look and see why my dryer wasn't working. He told me some wires were crossed and needed to be fixed in the main breaker box. I've called 4 times to try and attempt to use local. Today was final straw. The 1st time they 'lost' my work order. 2nd and 3rd time she said the workers tried to 'call me' but I never answered even though I have full 5G service in TOWN everywhere I go. 4th time the secretary insinuated that I was a liar because I said I never 'received' a phone call even though I got a call back.
