K & S made the bathroom shower look new. K & S also power washed my kitchen floor. The tile grout had been almost black, and K & S restored it to its original creamy color. They also did a general clean of my kitchen. They covered every detail, including the inside of the dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. K & S was courteous and communicative throughout. When I initially called them, the owner talked to me herself about the project and got me scheduled for an estimate right away. They paid attention when I explained what I wanted and sent me text message reminders for my appointment both the night before and the morning of. They wore shoe covers in my house. I am so happy to have found K & S, and looking forward to hiring them regularly.

We had been having issues with being able to fill up our jetted tub without running out of hot…read morewater and also taking more than 2 showers back-to-back. I was also having to drain the tank about once a year and replace the bottom element as our house did not have a softener when we moved in, so it had a lot of calcium carbonate in the bottom. I called Bob Garret Services for an estimate about a new hot water heater with a mixing valve. Never knew that a mixing valve can increase your hot water volume by over 50%. Lawrence Hancock came over, checked everything out, and gave me a quote. He was very detailed in explaining things and low-pressure (no pun intended), and obviously very intelligent. Even though the cost was a bit surprising, I decided to go for it as this was the best water heater on the market. Lawrence came over the next day with new water heater, mixing valve, and thermal expansion tank (needed for to prevent pressure buildup in closed plumbing system and protect the well pump). He got everything installed, not to mention re-plumbing a few questionable joints on my water softener, anchoring some existing copper pipes to the block wall, both at no extra charge. Here's the kicker...not only can my wife use her jacuzzi now, but we have increased water pressure AND our 2-year-old water softener is working MUCH better. I'm extremely satisfied with Bob Garrett Service, not to mention with Lawrence especially. Great job guys. One less thing to worry about now.
