the only business I think they get in Eatontown location is from American Home Shield. They were sent to repair washing machine door that did not close properly. It took them forever to come, first they said part delivered to them was defective(I doubt that ) and after one month the door is still not closing. AHS will not get them back since more than 30 daysThe company doesnt answer my calls. This fix should last the life of the washer. Nobody answers the phone or returns calls. They dont care.. Like many of the other reviews, I was required to have this company service my washer by HSA. They are rude and unprofessional. They misdiagnosed issues with my washer and were not helpful with finding a solution. I ended up having to hire another company to help and take over. Please be cautious if you are working with HSA and this company. I ended up canceling my membership with HSA home warranty as well. read more

American Home Shield sent me to use this company. What a nightmare! The contractor was very nice BUT getting a hold of this company from the number listed online was impossible. The manager doesn't get in until Tuesdays at 10:30! Took over a week to come out after assigned, when he came to the property, the washer needed a part, which was ordered and arrived the following MONDAY. They did not get back in touch with me to schedule a appointment, i had to call them... but the number listed online does not work. I had to call AHS to call them... what a nightmare. So finally he was able to come after 3 weeks the finally were able to do the repair ... so i thought.... he replaced the part but then after he left i went to use the machine and it once again is not working properly. If I could give a lower rating I would, after months of not being able to repair my stove, I am at the point for it to be deemed unfixable so that I may receive a credit towards purchasing a new stove. The repairman Randolph, doesn't answer his phone, the business phone goes unanswered and emails are not being responded to. It has been over 4 mths with as many repairs and my stove still does not work, that every holiday since labor day without a stove, and appliance center doesn't care, they've maintained a flip and rude attitude, and now there isn't anything for them to do except to deem this appliance as unfixable, and I will be able to replace it, and they won't do that. I had a terrible experience with this company. From receptionist to the repairman. I could not reach them. They would not give a time frame when they are coming. When I call my Warranty service company American Home Shield, they could not even reach them. Finally after my repeated call on one Saturday the guy alleges they he showed up and no one would open door for him. When he called me to tell me that he showed up and refuse to believe me that no one called to make the appointment. He was terribly unprofessional on the phone. I would not even let him touch any appliances in my house let alone fix anything. In regards to American Home Shield, They were terrible too. They promised me several time that they would call me but never did. I requested to assign me a different company and they would not do that. The tech, J, came in and fixed our microwave without issue. He was very known and very professional. They have a customer for life for all of our appliances. Update: The microwave broke 8 days later. We called Choice Warranty to send them back out and followed up with calling Appliance Plus personally. Of course They said they were never received the referral and Choice said they sent it. Well low and behold we just followed up a month later and was told by Choice that Appliance Plus closed out the ticket saying they came to out house and nothing was wrong with the microwave! WOW!!!! That is a blatant lie!!! Shady company. I thought they were good but their follow up is horrendous and apparently they lie! We will never use them again!!! Do not use them. The worst company! Not sure how they are still in business. They were dispatched to fix my refrigerator through an American Home Shield insurance company. If I checked the reviews prior to them showing up, I would never have let them into my house. A so-called "Technician" came into my house just to let me know that I was not properly opening and closing the French doors on my refrigerator. Apparently, first you have to open the left door, then the right door, and after that you have to close it in the same sequence. What a stupid thing to say. And then they told me that they have to put some kind of silicone inside the refrigerator for the ice maker. Lucky for him, I wasn't home at the time of the appointment. I wish I had been present, so he could look into my eyes and tell me that I was not properly opening and closing the doors. I would've thrown him out of my house right there and then. If I could give a negative stars review, I would. I put in a service request for a non-functioning microwave on June 1. Now - more than a month and two service calls later, both ending with "we have to order parts" - my American Home Shield account says "appointment complete" and the contractor's phone number is disconnected! Both times he was here the only thing he accomplished was blowing 2 fuses per visit. And don't even get me started on his attitude when I asked him to put his mask over his nose! They didn't show up for the appointment to fix my washing machine the first time. Then, when they did come out, they told me that they needed to order a part that would take 5-7 business days. After 12 days and not hearing back from them, I started trying to reach the company. I called several times a day for a week. The phone would just ring and ring. Finally, someone answered the phone. I was told that the part had just come in. They kept trying to call me only 1 day ahead of when they wanted to come out. I repeatedly told them that I needed to give work more than 1 days notice that I needed to take time off. Finally, they scheduled me several days in advance for the next week. Then, 2 days before that appointment, they called to tell me they were coming out the very next day (so I had to tell my boss at 4pm that I wouldn't be in the next day. Then, when they came out (this morning) they had the wrong part!!! I've spent $100 at the laundromat waiting for them to fix my washing machine. I'm furious. Ray ( the so called technician, also the owner) replaced two different parts after three trips to my house for my dishwasher repair. Its has been broken since December. He showed up turned it on seen water coming from under and said need a new motor. He didn't even take any panels he just order a part (motor). I'm pretty handy and there was nothing wrong with the motor machine sounded and cycled fine. The motor was working normally it was water pouring out from under the machine. He was also caught in a lie when he said the motor wasn't in in every time I called to see when he'd be back. After numerous calls he finally showed up a one and half months later with the motor. I checked the tracking number on the box it was delivered a month earlier, he said he just got it which was BS. He then claimed to need another part after he put it back together and it still had the same leak ( I wasn't surprised). He then showed up 6 weeks later and put that part in and guess what it still leaked. He never called back and never came back. His answering machine is full and I cant even reach him. I'm using American home shield who also cant get in touch with him to rectify my problem this has been going on for 6 months. I now have to pay for another service call to get another technician from another company in to fix it. Do not use this guy he and his company are terrible. He changes his company name to hide all the bad reviews he gets. Worst experience ever. Forgot to mention he also damaged my cabinet and told me to glue it back on myself, Really WTF. It starts with trying to get them on the phone to schedule service, it's next to impossible to reach a live person. After countless voice mails, missing their return calls and almost ten days later, American Home Warranty gets through and sets up an appointment for me. They give me a window for 12- 3. At 3:30 - no one shows up, no calls etc. I call to cancel the appointment. They tell me the person is on the way, so I say ok . 90 min later, still no show, no call. I set up the appointment for Tuesday 10/9 between 8am -10am. They called me that morning to confirm my appointment for Wed. I had made arrangements for Tuesday so I would be home from work.
