Refrigerator Repair - needed to have water filter removed. It was stuck and we could not get it out. We used Appliance doctor before and they did a good job on our refrigerator. Reasonable pricing too. This time my husband left 3 messages over a 2 week time and I left one after that. No return call. When you call there is no message recording stating it was Appliance Doctor. We verified the phone number so we knew we had the correct number. Very disappointed in this company and will not contact them again. read more

He responded within an hour, schedule a convenient, same-day service appointment, showed up as promised, on time and fixed the problem within an hour. I needed a range repaired, and contacted several companies. Viktor was very fast to respond. He let me know the part I would have needed wasn't available for my old range, and even included a picture of the catalog that showed no parts at all were available any more for that model. I asked for an estimate to install a new range, and again, he answered quickly. He gave me a good quote without, as others wanted to do, insisting on sending someone out to do a $50 inspection (which would go to the cost of the install) before they could even give me a rough quote. read more

Requested a microwave repair at my rental home in Charlotte, NC. The person in the office was very kind but appeared Busy - preoccupied to answer specific questions. There was lot of background noise - phone interference - made it difficult to converse on the phone. I didn't hear from the technician the day of the repair. I called two days later to inquire about the invoice- bill? There was some confusion in the office to locate my rental property address and services provided. After a series of calls , the office was able to email the invoice. I was surprised to see that the labor cost was $124. Especially, when I was told initially it would be less. I have no complaints about the work to date but there was a series of confusions - missteps and a surprise invoice for the labor costs $$$. Wound't recommend to my fellow landlord association members. It was disappointing. read more

Messaged them early in the morning and they were able to get me set up with an appointment a few hours later. They were a little late arriving but was able to diagnose the problem and came back in an hour to fix our washer and get it up and running! Even through there was a delay in arriving at the appointment they did a great job getting the problem fixed right away and we didn't have to spend money to buy a new washer!!! I had a problem with the refrigerator leaking and needed someone to fix. I found appliance Doctor, and sent an email. Within 10 min I had a call. We made the appointment for the same day. The tech texted me, he was on the way. He arrived within the time he said, and within our arrangement for appointment. My double thermador convection ovens (9 years old) have been having issues in recent years, and those issues are always pricey. The latest problem was the ovens locked up after using the self-clean function & the control board would not allow us to re-set. Viktor from Appliance Doctor came out and was able to quickly fix the problem, reset the oven and adjust the temperature so that it was no longer cooking things hotter than the setting; in addition, he adjusted a door on our freezer that was lopsided.
