My favorite dishes are 1) papaya salad (the dirty heavy crab paste version), 2) the catfish curry, and 3) the egg rolls. All of her food is fantastic. Her papaya is to die for. Seriously. It's sweet, sour, salty, and crunchy. I'm an avid papaya salad eater and Zer's is top notch. I have even sipped on the leftover liquid once all the papaya is eaten because it is that good! The catfish curry is the perfect blend of sweet and savory. I especially enjoy the fresh pineapple slices that she adds to that dish. The egg rolls are filled with a good proportion of meat and veggies. I don't like egg rolls with barely any filling in them. They're also very crispy. I highly recommend this place for catering.

They started with a Salad that had nice combination of veggies that included some great little Grape Tomatoes. Sides were Green Beans with Almonds and Roasted Potatoes. Both were good, but the potatoes were so good we wanted to take them back to our hotel room! I even tried to get the recipe from the waitress. The main courses were Breaded Chicken and Pepper Steak. Again, both were very good. As with any wedding reception, the best part was the celebration of family and friends. Any chance I get to spend time with my family rates a 5 star experience! Besides, I even got my dance on after dinner!

It's a pretty great bathroom: it's clean, there's furniture, and lots of mirrors. I don't drink, but my friends were very pleased by the drink selections and the bartender was very friendly. When I came here for the work function, we utilized the space around the bar really well for our purposes, and then filled up the dining area. Food was delicious and I was provided with ample vegetarian options. There was so much food leftover after we had eaten our fill, and I felt bad about wasting it. I asked our server if I could take some of it to go, and she was very accommodating. She said, "You're right. It would be a shame for the food to all go to waste!" As a poor college student, I very much appreciated eating leftovers for two days after. Four stars only because the dance floor is a little on the small side. Michiels Fox Banquets is a really an excellent event venue to have in Appleton. I look forward to when I will find myself there once again for another event in the future!

We couldn't have been more pleased with Biebel's as our wedding caterers and rentals. Given that we…read morewere having a DIY wedding at a venue in Door County, we wanted something a little less traditional that would be fun for our guests. In researching caterers, we were impressed with Biebel's for their amazing customer service and the range of meal and rental options they had available. Once we did a tasting of their Spanferkel pig roast and a few of the sides, we knew this was the cater for us! Katie and her team worked tirelessly throughout the stressful ins-and-outs of planning. We were so grateful for their patience, ideas, and flexibility with menu planning! Day of, we had Kelly and Barb, who were so helpful, efficient, and positive! They made sure we got to do a ceremonial "first cut" of the pig (which was so fun) prior to the dinner being served. We had tons of sides to go with the pig and our guests enjoyed the brownies and bars as part of the dessert options! We are still hearing rave reviews weeks later about the food that was served at our wedding. We also did a couple of rentals through Biebel's, including the folding chairs for the ceremony, as well as the champagne fountain, cocktail tables, bar topper, some of our linens, and popcorn machine. Rental drop off and pick up went smoothly and we were more than pleased with the items we rented. We highly recommend Biebel's catering and rentals for your next event!
