They are beautifully fresh and (you can see them growing in the fields own the farm) Ours always last beyond 12th night and we hate taking it down because it's still looking so good. The little shop is bursting full of tree decorations and lights, it's really the beginning of our Christmas when we go to the Farm to choose our trees and look at the beautiful things in the shop. Wonderful to support a locally owned family farm too.

got pumpkins from here last October and it was great. free entry and free parking for this cute…read morelittle pumpkin patch which is about a 40minute drive from Pinner and north London. the family that run it were so friendly and helpful and knew a lot about all the pumpkin varieties that they grow and sell on their small farm. the pumpkins are displayed on straw stacks and tractor trailers which was so aesthetic and perfect for photos. the field surrounding the pumpkin patch is full of Christmas trees growing. the pumpkins were very reasonable priced especially when it's free to get in anyway. cannot wait to visit again this autumn

The…read moresmaller trees on the street are going for 25 pounds per head, but the full size larger ones are extremely reasonable at only 30 pounds. They will not deliver to your house, but they do wrap up the foliage so its easy for you (or a strong friend) to carry back home. They also have some sales, and should there not be much of a crowd, they might even be open to some bargaining. The trees are very good quality, with fresh and green leaves that give off this lovely smoky aroma that reminds you of the festive season. So go get one before they sell out!

went to smiths today!!!!!!!!!I had a great experience ,we needed to get some plants for the garden…read moreand we were really sucsessful today.I was really pleased with the experience today.There were thousands of plants in the garden centre,there were a lot in the inside area and an absolute abundance of plants outside.Also all plants were well kept and very watered,actually helped me keep cool in all this heat,they obviously take pride in each and every one of their plants.Also there is so much stock of everything(plants and non-plants).This has really pleased me as I've seen some garden centres which has hardly any plants and they are all neglected.However in this garden centre,they even have Christmas trees in June,but I suppose today(the day I wrote my review)is only 6 months till Christmas Eve!!!!!!!!!But I cannot see why you can't have a Christmas tree in June if you want to.I brought 3 small ones!!!!!!!!!Also I've been to garden centres in Christmas and they haven't had christmas trees.Also they were really well staffed as well,and our cashier was polite and even offered for someone to help us load the car.Also the smiths golf thing right at the back of the garden centre looks great and I'm sure will make a lot of money for the garden centre.Also their drive thru concept to collect soil was good and very well thought out,it's like a McDonald's drive thru but you show you're receipt to staff and then drive on to get the soil.Lovely experience!!!!!!!!

It offers an extremely comprehensive range of products. Staff in the outside area can be hard to find but there are knowledgeable staff available if you need advice as I did when selecting a fruit tree for my garden. The level of customer service is high, I was surprised to discover that if you buy a heavy bag of fertiliser or compost it will be taken to your car on an electric carrier! So all in all a recommended place to go for garden supplies and products.

Entrance fee for adults is £4 and children 2-16 is £2 (see my picture for opening times). A really fun few hours out to feed the animals with buckets of food you can also buy at the entrance. Most of the time there are free roaming Lambs to stroke and hand feed right in front of you, plus there's many of animals to hand feed from Llamas, Sheep, Emu, Goats, Alpaca, Cows, Donkeys, Miniature Shire Horses, Pigs, Ducks, Chickens and horses plus small birds and you can also buy fresh plants for your gardens too. so if are ever in the area of Downe (near Biggin Hill) it truly is fantastic, especially for a young child's first animal encounter.

It's worth the drive out here as you're bound to get a tree a lot cheaper than you would at any of the places in the centre of town. They have different types too, from Nordmand Firs (apparently the fancy one) to traditional trees that drop their needles. The staff will be happy to un-net any tree you want to look at, and will stand holding it while you assess its suitability. Line it up next to their height chart to get a price, take the ticket the friendly gent gives you and all you have to is pay for it in their makeshift hut whilst a cadet nets it up for you. I can't recommend this place enough - if you haven't got a tree already, make the trip, otherwise keep it firmly in mind for next year's festivities.
