Called again just before Christmas and no response, so I waited and called again after Christmas and also booked a party on line at that time to try to reserve the time for my daughters birthday party. No one called, no e-mail responses. Finally, I called again just after New Years in the morning. I got no response. As it was getting dangerously close to the party date with out any confirmation, I called another Princess party place. They contacted me immediately but I had to book out a later date because they were booked the weekend I wanted. Finally Tiny Diva got back to me, but by that time I had rescheduled for a different company. If you aren't going to return peoples phone calls or e-mails during the holiday, you really need to be posting this somewhere! No where did I see a message saying you were closed or on vacation during the holidays. I looked on the website, facebook, got no auto notifications from e-mail or messages on the voicemail communicating your vacation hours. Terrible terrible customer service! I strongly suggest fixing it or you will lose business to others with better service. This review is for the Lakeville site which I believe is the same as the Eagan site.

Therefore you have to plan to carpool or use the park & ride. There isn't really any street parking alternative nearby. Ideally then, this place would be for smaller groups. It looked like the renters have to do all the cleaning including taking the trash out, replacing the bags, & disposing it themselves (having to put it in their car). Thought that was odd.

We were able to take a golf cart to take photos on the golf course which was so fun, the food was incredible, and the deck was a crowd favorite hangout spot at night. My daughter had her wedding at the Skyroom in Redwing. A month before the wedding, we scheduled a…read morefood tasting with the facility caterer, the only catering option the Skyroom allowed us to have. They would not allow us to hire another caterer. The food selection was minimal, and the quality and presentation were mediocre. The only dish that was excellent was their risotto stuffed peppers. It was prepared well and was delicious. After making a few adjustments to the menu offering, we completed our selection, expecting to get the food we selected and paid for on the wedding day. However, that did not happen. When the food was served at the wedding, the spaghetti was cold, and the risotto stuffed peppers were made with quinoa, not risotto; the dish had zero flavor and was inedible. Additionally, the other meal selection, spaghetti, was served cold, and as I observed the room, many of the guests pushed their plates away after only a few bites of both meals. The third meal we chose was chicken. That was the only meal the guests mentioned they enjoyed. My husband and I were highly disappointed with the catering at the Skyroom and very frustrated at the catering company, which charged us for meals that were misrepresented at the tasting and served cold. We are also disappointed at Skyroom for not offering another catering option or allowing us to hire a caterer with a better food selection, primarily since they did not deliver what was promised. The Skyroom is a beautiful facility for a wedding, but unless they change their caterer or offer another option, I would think twice about having a wedding at this facility.

They were very busy on Sunday at 11:30 a.m., so I highly recommend making a reservation. We had reservations and were seated promptly. With the large crowd and high-quality food, however, the service was a bit slow. I understand they were busy, but it took about 45-55 minutes for our food to arrive. I had a hangry 7-year-old waiting for pancakes, so I went to the bakery counter to get him a muffin and ordered a cinnamon roll to go. I was told they would bring both items to our table, but it would have saved a lot of time if they had simply handed them to me while I was already standing at the counter. I returned to the table, waited a few minutes, and then went back to ask if I could take the items to the table myself. By the time I returned with the muffin, our food had arrived. They need to find a way to speed things up, but we will definitely be back. Next time, though, I may order the food to go.
