I have three children Currently enrolled there. When we started, my kids ages ranged from 10 to 3. I was nervous for my three year-old to start because he had horrible experience at previous daycare's and had become extremely attached and emotional when I would leave. His teachers, Miss Pina and Miss Julianne were very reassuring and comforting with him. He is excited to go each morning and enjoy the structure and schedule that they have. He learned to write his name his ABCs, and can count. Since coming to Jack and Jill's I've seen a confidence in him that I know he would not have gotten anywhere else. They always have fun activities planned for all the kids and all the classes. I love that they plan things to keep the kids active and are not just locked in the room playing with toys or watching a movie. Miss Angela has a connection with all three of my kids and looks out for them as if they were her own. She's easy to communicate with and I appreciate how my parenting is respected and implemented When she interacts with my kids. Miss Heather is the first face I see in the morning and the first face I see at the end of the day. She communicates with me about how each kid did that day and has given tips and suggestions that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Miss Robyn also has great information from furthering education with her employment at Jack and Jill about stages and changes that I myself never thought of. For me, Jack and Jill is not just a daycare but an extension of our family. They Make it very easy and comfortable as a single mother to ensure that my kids get to and from school safely and there is no doubt that they feel love and protected by each one of the teachers at Jack and Jills.

How is this even operating still with such unsafe and unprofessional behavior? We immediately found out and pulled our kid out of daycare. She went here almost 2 years. I am very disappointed that Heather and Angela would do something like this. I cannot trust them with my kid - Heather and a few of her favorite teachers also very cliquey so happy we are out of this place. If I could give it ZERO STARS I WOULD! DO NOT GO HERE! UNSAFE! My daughter had gone to several daycares before (SLC and Wisconsin) and this is by far my favorite! The staff has been wonderful and consistent over the years (both kids had the same preschool teacher). It gives the center a warm and comfortable feel--like sending the kids to a trusted relative's house--but you have the security of a big center (video monitors, no worries about a care giver calling in sick, etc.) The center is clean (but doesn't smell like disinfectant). The days are well-structured for the kids. The classes are very small so the kids develop a good sense of community and friendship with their teachers and playmates. Around age 7 or 8 we moved my daughter to a place with more "big kids", but I would whole-heartedly recommend Willowcreek for infants through early elementary.

It is inexpensive (as far as daycare goes) - yet the school manages to put together regular summer fieldtrips (for 3+) and weekly projects for the kids to work on. Plus their curriculum is pretty extensive for a preschool. My daughter went to a different school for about 6months before attending Children's Corner. The other school was much more expensive - but did not do as many hands-on projects with the kids and did not celebrate holidays or birthdays.... which did not feel so nice... We've never had a bad experience at this school. Dropping her off here feels like I'm leaving her with a friend... I know she will be well take care of. I plan to continue bringing her here until she can take care of herself.

They accused me of "trying to go into the girls bathroom" the first time I came on my lunch break to visit my child. Forced to subpoenaed their video files which absolutely refuted this. Preschool staff are supposed to be trained in being a primary reporter for children's well being, it was shocking that they would so casually make an accusation of this nature and raised enormous red flags as to the type of employee culture of this preschool.

I have been to the Sandy location to drop things off or pick up grandchildren and noticed many of the Sugahouse staff are working at the Sandy center. My children and grandchildren have always enjoyed the activities, field trips, and time they have spent there. I found her AND other kids on top of the table and even commented why there are kids on top of the table and the young teacher or teacher assistant said "oh we are watching them". I informed Mrs. April and the director the next morning. My daughter was fine with drop off after the first week but started to cry and tug at me and dad after the first week. After the Covid restrictions, you switched to drop offs at the lobby and this went on for a few months but still during those few months...I couldn't get my daughter to come in on her own without crying and refusing to stay with you. Your director was informed an investigator was coming beforehand so she prepped her teachers on how to act to stay in business. I know for a fact she had a meeting with those teachers. You can't explain why my child was putting her hands over her head from your abuse though right? After 2 weeks in the new daycare she learned to trust her teachers and never...never did I struggle with drop off. She changed completely to her happy self and at times asked me and daddy to go home and pick her up later because she felt so safe and happy to be at the new daycare. You should not be in business. Your classrooms are unsanitary, smell so bad and you allow your teachers to abuse children. This causes PTSD, emotional distress, and trust issues with these kids. I pray that every parent does their research before trusting their kids with you. You're endangering our kids lives.
