Said they needed to check with Insurance for pre-cert. I have Medicare no pre-cert is needed. I retired from 34 years of medical assisting and never does Medicare need a pre-cert for precenventative procedures. To date i have heard NOTHING from them. I do not recommend this practice at all. They never sent the referrals me and my kid needed or helped me sleep after months trying to get somewhere they kept were no help. The nurse talks to much for Katy all about herself. News flash we are here for our concerns not yours. I'm glad youre wealthy and can afford brand new clothes. Nobody cares. They make you wait god awfully long and do very little. My family member was treated well, and the doctor came out to talk to me about the outcome of the surgery. They were even so kind as to provide me with a place to pump that wasn't the bathroom or waiting area! I was prepared to do it in my car, but it's nice for people to be accommodating and kind! I also didn't have any cell service in the area (Sprint, if you're wondering), but I was able to connect to the wi-fi. Surgical recovery is also going well so far!
