She fail to let me know a nurse practitioner was seeing patients there. I wish the skillset for the front end is just as skilled because they are the first ones we meet. Because I had to correct her she made sure two walk in went before me. I knew something was up when she kept looking st me crazy. I nicely got up and took a picture of the screen and alerted the nurse of what happen. I advised everyone to take a picture of the screen of where you are in the line up.​
