It was okay, standard, no wow factor. They offered basic service, food was okay. They told us on the phone the service was first come first served, no reservation even for big group but when we got there there was a reserved table for big group, we asked if we could be seated there they said it's reserved...we did call them out on that, they ignored it saying we are cleaning your table you should be seated in 5 minutes, that was not cool...but overall it was standard service. read more

My friends and I used to go here regularly. Then one of the group passed away and we haven't been here in almost 2 years. We went today! We were so excited to go back to our stomping grounds. The receptionist was ok, kind of rude but that was ok, we only saw her about 90 seconds. The waitperson was delightful and efficient! The manager even came over to our table and was handsome, charming, friendly. *Sigh* Now the food. I ordered a top sirloin with mashed potatoes and green beans. I don't know what they do to the steak. They certainly don't put it on the grill. It seems to be either boiled or steamed. It's got a sickly gray color, and then they use some sort of branding iron or hot wire something to make grill marks. The steak was flavorless, the grill marks didn't add anything to the flavor, the steak knives weren't even strong enough to cut it. I ate about 4 bites and brought the rest home for the dogs. The meat is not good enough to feed to humans. Actually, it's not good enough for my dogs, but I'll make it better. Next we get to the green beans. 2years ago they did fresh green beans. They weren't over cooked, they were delightful! Now they get bulk frozen, prefab beans. There is no way to save them. They are slimy, mushy, and have no flavor. I won't go for this food. It's highly disappointing. Applebee's used to have edible food. I won't go for food like this. If they decide to start making an effort again, I hope someone will let me know. read more

well i have not been to an applebee's in many years but decided to try....i was pleasantly pleased...ate at the bar and service was friendly and efficient....drinks (theirs, off the menu) were good....pretzels as an app were excellent and both of us enjoyed our meals, we had the big cluck chicken sandwich with a side caesar (which was far larger than i expected) and the cheese burger ( cooked as ordered)...both were very good....inside was pleasant and got pretty busy after a while....liked it!! read more

Normally I like Applebee's but this location is disappointing. The perfect margaritas were anything but. They contained only a miniscule amount of alcohol and were way too sweet. We ordered the appetizer sampler and both ordered the mac and cheese with honey BBQ chicken for lunch. The sampler was good although not hot. The mac & cheese was just gross. First of all, it was cold. Second, the pasta was tossed in a very bland watery sauce that I don't believe contained any cheese. Nasty and I wouldn't recommend anyone order that. Our waitress (who was wonderful, btw) noticed we weren't eating our food and offered us something else. We both sent our pasta back, and I ordered a quesadilla burger instead which was delicious and was the saving grace of our lunch. The service was good. No hate to the nice lady. Four cheese mac and cheese with hot honey chicken should have been called gross wet water pasta with chicken that was burnt and undercooked all in one. Got the chicken quesadillas too and if I had a dollar for all the actual pieces of CHICKEN (thought that's why it was called the chicken quesadillas, cuz there would be chicken on it, but guess not) I WOULD HAVE THREE DOLLARS. Chicken also had a sad, weird taste. Even the pretzels looked like someone had their way with 'em before reaching our table. Maybe that's an exaggeration, but they looked like they at least could have been eligible for a veteran's discount. Not because I'm a vet. Cuz the pretzels looked like my grandma's forehead with all those wrinkles and craters. Yeah, nuh-uh. Where to start.. I drink Arnold Palmers. Either the iced tea and or the lemonaid was totally watered down. Then I ordered the mushroom burger rare... not even close. Almost well done. If they can't do it, then explain to the customer .... set expectations. They are getting me another burger but I expect it will be more of the same. read more

Our waitress was nice, but we waited 40 minutes for our food. Out of the four meals we got, three meals were cold. The steak was cold and tough. Sent it back and it came back cold and gross. Couldn't eat it. We've been coming to Applebees for many years so this visit was extremely disappointing. With so many restaurants in the area we probably wont be back here. read more

I actually had a pretty darn good experience at Applebee's last night. Service was really amazing. No wait for a table and the hostess had no issue when I said I didn't want to be seated in the bar area. Our waiter showed up right away. He kept our beverage glasses full with out us asking - just water and fountain soda. All of our quirky food requests were handled. No tomatoes on the salad. No chicken on the Mac and cheese but box it to go. They have a (new?) Thai shrimp salad on the menu that was sooooo good. read more

I don't know why I keep beating myself up ordering from Applebee's thinking it's going to get better. This Applebee's is terrible, I was just hung up on after I was reporting a drink they had no syrup in it. I asked that next time I come in I just get a soda comped. Stopped for lunch on our way north and knew what to expect from this chain. The service was amazing and the food was really good. We started out with a round of mid-day cocktails, since it was a girls' weekend! The waitress, Courtney, was very knowledgeable about the drink specials and offered great advice, as we wanted to try something different. All three of us ordered the same thing for lunch - The Thai Shrimp Salad. It was to die for, with a generous amount of shrimp, edamame was and a spicy peanut dressing. So I will start by saying I grew up thinking Applebee's was trash. I haven't been in at least 15 years. My husband saw the ad for $15 all you can eat wings and after much convincing we decided to try it out. It was so good we've been twice in the past month!! As a dasher and a person of color, I felt like the workers of Applebees didnt want to help or talk to me. Last time I was there, I waited for 10 minutes , and no one spoke to me at all, to see what I wanted, And there was no one dining in at 10 pm! This is almost all the time I'm there. Wanted to try applebees again, but still trash everytime. I got the four cheese mac and cheese & there was literally no cheese on it at all. The chicken was good but very sparce. I was grateful to have chips and queso so i can add the queso to my mac but the queso was so runny & tasted like literal p*ss. I am so disgusted & my boyfriend is as well he ordered the lime chicken and the cheese on top was hard as a rock. It was like the chicken was left out for hours. Went recently for a birthday otherwise I avoid chains like the plague. My standards were also set accordingly, as you can't judge a chain quite the way you do a fine dining experience. I gave it three stars because that's the middle of the spectrum and about where I place it. This location I found clean, and the staff was helpful and speedy. I ordered the same fiesta lime chicken that I had years ago, and I felt like the portion had been cut in half over time? I could be wrong but I could have sworn that you used to get two small breasts not one. The portion of rice was smaller and the tortilla strips was higher. Zach is great. A server who knows the menu, it's ingredients and can make recommendations is hard to find. Zach was personable, clean cut and attentive. He knew what beer was available and recommended other drinks. He knew the ingredients in the cocktail he recommended which is a great attribute. I ordered the Oriental Chicken Wrap for delivery. I LOVE this dish and crave it. I chose to have green beans instead of fries. When the food showed up, I received fries and green beans...and no dressing for the wrap. I called and spoke to a woman who tried to convince me that the meal doesn't come with dressing. I have been ordering this meal for over a year and it ALWAYS comes with dressing. Then she tried to tell me that there was dressing in the wrap. Wrong! It was as dry as the Sahara. She told me there was nothing they could do, I should take it up with DoorDash. When I did, they credited me $3.61 for an inedible order that cost me $18.45. Sounds fair, right?!?! Ugh!!!! This location was seriously great! I had never been to a dunkins this classy before. The decor was nothing like the typical go up to the counter and order, instead it was sit down booth service, classy leather seats with real menus you can hold instead of looking up at the board. I wish I could give this place NEGATIVE STARS. You would think that because of all the new safety precautions "big box" restaurants would be the safest place to go. Not the case at this location. I stopped by during the day last week. Their outdoor seating or tent is a disgusting. Very dirty with trash everywhere. The host/cleaner hardly did their job, I was seated inside and saw at least two parties sat at unwipped tables. The blonde bartender was crude and had a trashy sense of humor. Since when is making jokes about male and female anatomy funny? Especially in a family restaurant. What bothers me most is that the manager (or who I think was the manager) was at the end of the bar laughing at jokes about "pu**y" A complete disgrace and just plain trashy. Other couples noticed too. I was embarrassed. I do not expect much for cheap food, but at least it should be hot. I ordered boneless chicken wings and am not even sure it was chicken!! Wings were cold and pink in the middle. I didn't even bother alerting a manager as he was too busy laughing at jokes about female body parts.
