The place was quiet enough for voices to reach them. However, the issue in my review comes from the unsweetened tea. While the waitress gave us sweetened tea instead of unsweetened the first time. My father is diabetic and I caught it first before he took a sip. The second time was trying to get a waitress over, after 5 minutes my father went up to get the unsweet tea himself for us both. However, we didn't end up drinking it because of the foul taste it had. as if the water was dirty or the brew itself was dirty from bacteria. The after taste was rancid. I'm going to be skipping my visits to Bigos until they do something about it. Prices are high enough, but I'm not going to settle for bad quality. Aside from that, there was a weird guy going around taking photos of people eating. not asking for permission, but doing his own thing. Service With An Attitude…read more Hello Everyone, If you are expecting great service at Vintage Crush Tea Room, please do not waste your time or money on this establishment. In all my years living in Texas and traveling throughout the US this was by far the worst experience in service. First, the staff was rude. To make matters worse the owner told my friend that she decided not to make the cake as promised over the phone. She could of made a lame excuse that she burnt it or it dropped on the floor. Instead, she blatantly said she decided not to make it! Our boss had to take food orders for the waitress and she should have gotten the tip. Second, we requested the menus and the staff stated they were making changes and just gave us one menu. Third, my friend wanted soup with her sandwich and was told by the waitress that the lunch plate did not come with it and it was going to be a separate charge. Fourth, as we were taking turns to pay, the cashier told us as though we never ate a restaurant before to not forget to tip the waiter/server. The food was decent but not spectacular. To put insult to injury one of our co-workers found an eyelash on the piece of cake. Our coworker informed the restaurant about it and the owners remark was "Thank you for the feedback (talk about sarcasm!)." So if you want service with a bad attitude you came to the right place.

I had a giant porterhouse, my girl had the filet and a friend had the ribeye. All steaks were perfectly cooked and the sides were delicious. The staff here is incredibly attractive, and we even joked that we had a better time with them than the girls next door at Ojos!
