While i love Apple and their range of products (Own a macbook pro, macbook air, a bunch of ipods, and iPhones) i am none the less disappointed by the service options available at the Apple Store Zorlu Center Istanbul (European Side, near my city apt) and the Apple Store Asian Side. I've had an issue with charging on an iPhone 6 and my iPhone 6 Plus has an issue with the camera; the iPhone 6 plus camera is taking fuzzy photos, to say the least. Anyhow, if i were in Atlanta, Chicago, Manchester, or any other city on earth, i would be able to just book an online appointment at the nearest apple store and take the stupid thing in for service. However, and as of now, for two months now, i have been unable to book an appointment at the Apple website for both of Turkey's stores, both of which are in istanbul: Asian and European sides. Why? well, both are fully booked. I called customer service by phone and was told they couldn't be of help. Got on apples web chat service, same crap, different time. So here i lay in wait for this long sought after appointment to fix a product that needs repairs under their own warranty. Only other option is to take it to an "authorized service provider' where i have to wait at a minimum of 14 days to get it back. Well, since i depend on my iPhone for everything (whoops, my stupid bad), i can't really do that now can i? Thanks Apple *(an addiction i need to fix soon, now that i realize that apple service isn't what it used to be). So i'm frustrated. Getting an appointment at Apple Store Turkey is a myth, as i've come to believe.
