Both receptionists were Hispanic and were just so caring and empathetic toward every Hispanic in that waiting room. I had to wait an hour even though I had an appointment until everyone else was seen and the waiting room cleared out twice. The doctor was good and caring but I was not pleased with the way I was dismissed by the two receptionists. They told me I would be seen if no other emergencies came in. I didn't consider people with a cold an emergency. No one else was dying. Not happy!

From the moment I arrived, the process was efficient and organized, I didn't have to wait for more than 10 minutes, and I left feeling like I had received what I needed to feel better. The doctor (or possibly PA?) was friendly, allowed me to whine about my laundry list of issues uninterrupted and apparently listened as I was then shocked by responses to each, they then went on to provide me with the immediate help I needed as well as took the time to explain various options for the long term. I really appreciated this and it was very helpful. It was also very unusual, in not only an urgent care setting, but increasingly the majority of my experiences with drs. I did not physically see a doctor but samples were taken from my person from the clinic staff for the purpose of obtaining lab results. Under Health and Safety Code sections 123100 - 123149.5, I have a right to view my results. I was never provided my test results and it has been 13 days since my samples were taken. I have attempted to email and call this clinic multiple times. The only reason I have not went to the clinic in person is because I was instructed not to on the written authorization I signed. I hope this review serves as a warning to others to simply get tested elsewhere. I have attached an image of the signed and dated written consent as proof of my visit.
