Elite catering/decorating by Trish has by far been the WORST customer service experience my family…read moreand I have ever had. Trish was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the year my family had the misfortune of working with her. She would put unauthorized charges on our invoice and when asked about these additional charges she responded with an attitude, cutting the conversation short saying she would give us a call back about it(which she never did). A week before the event, she called us to confirm details: the name and the age of the birthday person, and somehow, after telling her the correct information on the call(which is also the invoice) she managed to get the age wrong. All of this with no apology or acknowledgment whatsoever. However, the catering staff did an excellent job and were very kind, which was unfortunately overshadowed by the indecorum of Trish. Although Trish did a great job on the decorations, I would absolutely not recommend booking with her due to the amount of unprofessionalism we experienced.

My husband and I moved out of state and we make the effort to visit this quaint restaurant during our visits back home. Today we ordered the veggie egg and cheese bagel on an everything bagel and we were not disappointed. The bagels were prepared quickly and stayed warm in their protective wrapping during our commute back to my parents home. The bagel was perfectly toasted, the egg and cheese ratio was perfect, and I loved the onion and tomato addition. The menu offers many options for bagel and sandwich lovers, and the store is well stocked with pastries and beverages. There is plentiful seating for those that choose to eat there including outdoor seating. Overall, I highly recommend visiting the Bagel Bin.

There were three layers of wrapping of my Efo Riro and Pounded Yam. The food was well seasoned and flavorful. Unfortunately, the meats were undercooked (i.e., cow skin/pomo, goat meat). They were tough to chew. I had to remove the meats and steam them separately to properly enjoy my meal. Getting the meat tender would easily make them a 5 star establishment. There were two pounded yams provided, but not enough stew for both. For me, it was 1.25 servings of Efo Riro instead of the expected two servings. At this price point, I would have preferred more stew. I still recommend them for authentic Nigerian cuisine.
