Owner removed a game disc from my PS3. Misplaced disc when I collected my PS3. 6 weeks later, despite numerous promises to deliver/send to me, I had to go to collect the disc myself. He knew I can barely walk due to ill health. 6 weeks. Good grief. Only response ever received is he 'was busy.' To treat another person like this, let alone a customer, is shocking sol it's important to make a stand. To be so thoughtless, unprofessional, etc and so disrespectful can't be a one off, as he obviously has no idea how to behave in a civilised society. Use at your peril. I HAVE JUST SEEN THE GOOGLE RESPONSE FROM OWNER. Hackney Trading Standards very interested in this business now. They were incredulous that a business would refuse to return or replace a customer's property for weeks. Owner's response has no mention of keeping my disc for 6 weeks, just a feeble attempt to justify pathetic 'service'. He says tried to contact me to say the disc was ready to pick up, but this was after promising at least 3 times he would get the disc to me as their fault entirely and I struggle walking due to my health, as he knows. Why would he then say it's ready for me to travel to pick up after keeping my stuff for a month and a half? He then states that he doesn't cover such devices and just did for me as I was an existing customer. I was indeed an existing customer, because he previously repaired my console! Odd that he says he doesn't provide a service for something and only did as a favour. So, on top of everything else, he's either a liar, or has the memory of a goldfish. Either way, about as impressive as everything else about this genius. Is this person actually just massively intellectually challenged? It would appear so. I would suggest avoiding at all costs. His reply speaks volumes. Some people really shouldn't have dealings with the public. Probably best he doesn't respond again as with such an indefensible track record he's on a hiding to nothing.
