Horrible experience! Went there because they advertised for the "sedation dentistry." As it turns out, I had a reaction to whatever was used and I hallucinated and became combative. They needed to restrain my arms during my procedure. When I came back the next day, they had the gall of handing me a form that said "tell us about your excellent experience with sedation dentistry." Not only is the dental hygienist probably the best in the area...but so is their doctor. I have had a messed up bridge plate for years, they fixed my teeth right up. My smile looks better than it has in a LONG time, plus, they are concerned for my comfort. They made sure i had local anesthetic and was not in pain. I highly recommend Apple Dental! The sedation dentistry worked for me! I put off getting my teeth fixed for years! In one visit, all of my problems were taken care of and that was years ago! Now I just come back for regular cleanings and my teeth feel great! I actually would come more often if I could. If you are putting off going to the dentist because you are 'chicken', like I did, I'd say Apple Dental is your place! If you are unsure about sedation, consult your medical doctor and get their opinion as well. You won't be sorry when you walk out with nice, clean teeth that are not causing you pain! Very Disappointed!! I will never go there again. I arrived for my appointment on time and they told me they cancelled it because I didn't confirm with them a couple days before. They never told me I had to confirm the appointment to keep the appointment when I scheduled it. I took off time from work and they showed no empathy. They were ignorant and rude about the situation. I was a responsible patient by showing up when I was scheduled to do so. I never did a no show previously. My dental work will be done elsewhere from now on. read more
