Than when you go back for a cleaning after six months from the last appointment. They asked you why havent you gotten it fixed. Like we as a customer are suppose to know they have opens for that. When they said they would call and never do. Plus your waiting forever just to get back into your appointment time. And see everyone else who came in after you go in.

I agreed , from K9(insisor)to k9 we will keep. Then finance/billing info next. As she explained cost I was very confused. There was a lot of added procedures that we NEVER talked about. Billing statement, what was discussed and what they did all differed. When I questioned it and told them I was having the surgery elsewhere they got visibly angry, heads spun to look. I have very good insurance and they tried their best to chop up every dime they could. Days later for my denture pick up she brought them out in a sandwich bag and dropped them on the counter w/o a word. I stood in disbelief. The whole place is dirty, old outdated equipment and zero customer service. I will never step foot in there again. YES I received my denture in a Ziploc sandwich bag.

So you're telling me because your dental office is unable to keep dental hygienists (went from 5 to 2) and is unable to uphold the dental appointment agreement that was made 6months prior, you're enabling my child to pass 2 dental visits/cleanings and creating an inconvenience for our family. ya'all need to do better.
