I signed up for this company and put close to $3,000 deposit down. I was trying to schedule training nobody would contact me. I played phone tag and got the customer service runaround for over a month after that I cancel the service which they refused to cancel I canceled with the representative I canceled with a manager They continue to bill me for 2 months even after cancelled and getting no software intalled. When I try to get a credit for all the money they refused to give me back the deposit claiming that when the service is implemented in there is no refund.
