I lost track of time it felt short and forever, but when the 90 minutes ended I felt like a new person. I drank lots of water ate a good meal, and the next day I had full mobility and just the slightest post workout soreness. Back to the gym, hill and then yoga. I have to also talk about Erin! She was warm, kind and understanding not to mention highly skilled. I tend to be self-reliant and like to do handle things on my own but she asked the right questions at the beginning and I felt really comfortable.
