I signed up for this company and put close to $3,000 deposit down. I was trying to schedule training nobody would contact me. I played phone tag and got the customer service runaround for over a month after that I cancel the service which they refused to cancel I canceled with the representative I canceled with a manager They continue to bill me for 2 months even after cancelled and getting no software intalled. When I try to get a credit for all the money they refused to give me back the deposit claiming that when the service is implemented in there is no refund. Be very carefully if you decide to go with them. Be aware that they do not refund you even if they did not provide service and even if you cancel , they will continue to bill you no matter what. They will not refund you the money. so after reading of the reviews I should have done that before I signed up and then I wouldn't be out of $3,000. As a very small women-owned business this is a very painful hard lessons do not deal with this company.

The foreign gentleman who owns the firm lawyers up like any clearly guilty party would instead of processing the integrity to back his contract.
