I lived in Ca and I am now in Texas, however Mayumi does my taxes anywhere I lived. I still remembered over 10 years ago, I was audit by irs for over $60000 fine. Mayumi did ask me to pay $600 for writing a letter and I did not have to pay fine. If there is any tax issues she knows how to handles and I can truly trust her. I had requested to avoid some circumstances since I was having issues with my tax returns. I was unable to avoid what could have been avoided due to a basic mistake by this company. I understand that we make mistakes as humans. However, it was a fairly basic mistake and I can not believe it is happening. Some of the employees responded very professionally but that did not solve the problem and Ms. Ozaki was not taking any responsibility as an owner of the business. Ms. Ozaki's response was unprofessional, cancelling the meeting and no response for reschedule unless I contact. I asked her for a refund, but was told that the money I paid in advance could not be refunded. I checked the BBB and other platforms and found similar complaints. I do not recommend using this company but if you like to try this company I will strongly recommend you to pay them after tax return is done without any problems. All of the CPA I had used before I made payments after the tax return was completed and this is the only company asked to pay ahead.　Seattle Kokusai Kaikei is part of this company and you can see other review there by other people.
