They have always had readily available quality merchandise, and customized on request. When my son was in private school, they could always take care of our school uniforms without question. We all grow through phases of life--recently my daughter wanted a collegiate tumbler to celebrate her college election. For her name and final, I visited Last Word Vinyl Creations. I ordered names for my daughter and all of her room mates. I was not in a hurry, and told them that going in... School start is a very busy time for them. They texted me when the order was ready, and sent pictures. It had taken them longer than a week, but again--no hurry here. When I dropped by for pick up, they had included a gift card that essentially amounted to my order prizes for being patient with them. That speaks highly to their dedication to people. We are moving next week and needed to discard a couch and several other items. The guy I spoke with on the phone was very nice and thoroughly answered all of my questions honestly and accurately. He told me that they charge by how much of the truck is full after everything is loaded instead of by the hour. He gave me the price categories based on the space filled. He told me they provide a free quote on the day of the appointment to see how much needs to be hauled off, and if I accepted that amount then they would begin to load everything immediately. They were able to schedule a trash service for the following morning, which I was so grateful for them to be able to do that since I travel so much during the week. I received a text message confirming everything. I was pleasantly surprised the next morning when the three young men arrived a few minutes early of the time scheduled. Nowadays there are people who just don't show up at all. They quickly looked at what needed to be hauled off, gave me a very reasonable quote in 5 seconds that I accepted, and got to work. They packed everything into the truck super tight so that the pricing accurately reflected how much junk was being hauled away. The guys were done in less than 15 minutes of when they arrived. They were courteous and clean. I made sure to tip them afterwards. They had to work in the rain. I would use them again in a second! Thank you again, Valley!
