They were so professional and accommodating and had great communication throughout the process. They got my project done really quickly and made sure every little detail came out just right. They even got the project done leading up to a holiday weekend. Despite it being a smaller project, they handled everything with care and treated me well. I couldn't recommend them more.

The merchandise is top-flight - including high-quality clothing for marine wear as well as other uses. In fact, I purchased a HH coat that I'm planning on using on my next snowboarding trip. Although they didn't have my size in stock, they promptly ordered it and sent it to me at my home address the next day. Now, THAT's service. Whether you are in Anacortes (a destination in itself for a visitor like me) or ordering online, this should be a first stop for a wide variety of outdoor clothing.

I thought it would be easy to get something personalized and spent untold hours on the computer, only to be disappointed again and again. After continually filling out information, I would find that the hat I wanted was either ridiculously expensive to personalize or required a minimum number to purchase. Finally, my husband suggested I look for a local business. Finding Bergen and Company was a wonderful option. They helped me find a vendor to get exactly the hat I needed at an exceptionally reasonable price, did a beautiful job with the embroidery, and were extremely respectful of my concern for delivery during this Covid pandemic. I recommend them very highly and will certainly be using this fine company for future orders.

It was a 100 year Centennial celebration garment, and a very simple order to finish and ship. They totally bailed on the order and didn't even pretend to care. They just blew me off. I recommend that you avoid them like the plague.

I chose Printing For You based upon their one Yelp review...and feel compelled to share my…read moreexperience. I asked them to reprint biz cards and letterhead using clean art files and samples from my remaining stock. They chose to use an incorrect process for the first run (basically using their copier). When I showed them that their prints looked nothing like my samples, they said I should have indicated a different process. I guess the samples weren't enough? They then re-ran the order but when I came in for pick-up, half of the business cards had smudges on them and were unusable. Shoddy work...shoddy QC. So they re-ran the order and in the end the the deliverables were to spec. In both cases I was never notified that my order was ready for pick-up. While I appreciate their willingness to get the order right, there was no consideration given for the snafus on a very simple project (500 biz cards/500 sheets of letterhead). Buyer beware...this is not a professional shop. Also: Amex not accepted.
