Documents were summarized in "layman" terms without all the jargon so it was easy to understand, and done step by step. I'm terrible at replying to my e-mails very quickly and they were great with reminders and fast responses, making up for my lag in response time. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Dan and his team again. PS: Parking is easy on the street right out front... although pay parking, each time I was able to stop right in front of the door.

He got back to me so quickly via email and told me that they are unable to help me with this request because it is quite different, and gave me 3 other law firms that may be able to fulfill my specific request. This was so above and beyond their customer service, because they could have just emailed me back they couldn't help me and leave it at that. But they added in some companies that may be able to look into this very specific request of mine. Very honest company and so efficient. Highly recommend based on their excellent communication.

Over the years I moved back to the US and sold my house in May 2018 and I used David Watts' services again. Liana and Clinton were a pleasure to work with and I communicated over the email with them. Since I am a non-resident, they helped with the additional steps by coordinating between the buyer and also the CRA. I highly recommend David Watts' services.

I can say this is probably one of the most trusted Notaries Public you will ever meet. My husband and I have known Steven and his team for many years, and we always choose his company whenever we need a notary service and/or immigration services. We have made many referrals to Steven's office and never heard a complaint about his service or fee. Steven is very helpful, pleasant, and kind. The team never fails to impress upon us with their best services and prompt replies to our questions. He always went the extra mile to help us with our immigration cases. He pays great attention to reviewing our documents, making changes, and giving us a lot of useful good legal advice. The most important thing is Steven has helped us with a few difficult immigration cases and they were all successful. I would recommend anyone to contact Steven and his office. Thank you Steven, Tina and the team for all your great work.

I wish I could give negative ratings, since giving even one star is too much here…read more I had the unfortunate experience of meeting "Adele Tagirova, M.A.". She was rude, snarky, incompetent, and unprofessional. I paid her $40 for a notarization. She never had the manners to say please or thank you. She also refused to email a copy of it to more than one person, saying it was "too time consuming". Was this woman born on the planet STUPID? The only reason I did not yell at her, was I needed this. What a moron. Furthermore, she screwed up the spelling of the LONE email address she did claim to send the email to. This, despite the fact I WROTE down the full email address, in BLOCK letters. People like this should not be allowed to do anything more than clean dung at a zoo. Why is she a notary? Can I complain? I am a Canadian and I expect professionalism and MANNERS. If this woman can't perform, she should be fired.
