It's a flat fee and when they are all gone, they will help you make sure nobody can get back in and sanitize places in your house if needed. My guys and gals are stuck in a wall, so this has been a hard road. The only reason I took off one star is I never get a call back if I leave a message. However, the guy that comes out, Frank, is awesome. They had trouble with their e-mail system early on and Frank just started making sure he came out every week, personally. I do recommend them; just know it can be hard to get them on the phone. As for how they are doing? 8 down and I hope very few to go. Rats, not exterminators.
