When I went to the shop to inform them about the shocking flaw of the appliance the lady that works there elegantly dismissed me by saying " It happens..." Stop tricking people and selling them rubbish things. Your prices for the engineer to do the initial inspection are exorbitant and I hope it will make everyone stay away from you. The unit was assessed and was taken away by Midlands Domestic Appliances based on a 3-working day turn-round. After numerous chasing and promises of call backs, I have been promised it back later this week - However they will not extend the guarantee, not even on the parts they have replaced! (Which gives you an idea how confident they are that the fridge freezer will continue work.....!) They have suggested that the compressor part used for the replacement is not even a new one! I have asked for my money back which has been refused! I will be seeking further advice but I would not use these people again or recommend them to anyway - stay clear!
