Two years ago I bought ( paid fully in cash) a washer dryer and I now regret it as it's already faulty at the point that it's not worth repairing it. When I went to the shop to inform them about the shocking flaw of the appliance the lady that works there elegantly dismissed me by saying " It happens..." Stop tricking people and selling them rubbish things. Your prices for the engineer to do the initial inspection are exorbitant and I hope it will make everyone stay away from you. I KNOW I WILL FROM NOW ON! SHAME ON YOU! I WILL NEVER , EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN.

However recently bought another appliance off them which was faulty and there the problem started. Had them turn up at 23:30hrs at night. They failed to turn up and deliver on over 6 occasions. Never called constantly had to keep ringing them. Totally unreliable and would not recommend them. STEER CLEAR!
