We started with Aloo Tikki with Channa and Chili Paneer. The Channa was nice and peppery (order mild if you're unaccustomed to Indian spice levels), and the Chili Paneer was delightfully tangy. The mains were lamb vindaloo and goat biryani. The goat is on the bone, so be careful. The meat is nice and tender, the sauces are super flavorful without being overwhelming, and while I wasn't super hungry when I came in, I couldn't stop eating until my date made me. If you're in Bakersfield, make the drive.
