Apita is a Japanese department store that is generally able to offer the Japanese store experience of good variety and service, with the pleasantly surprising addition of uncommon imported goods that from places other than Japan (e.g. tequila- which is pretty hard to come by in this town in general)
Again, this place operates as a department store, meaning it sells a wide range of things, including but not limited to liquor general groceries, electronics (TVs, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air ionizers etc.) or household appliances like fans, blenders, general kitchenware, toys, stationery clothes, and a ton of other things. While I may not find the clothes on offer particularly stylish, don't let me stop you from thinking otherwise.
The food at the food court is generally okay, I typically just come here for some deals on appliances, home electronics and the occasional weird grocery item during times when I'm trying to save money. As I don't live in the area, and their regular groceries aren't the cheapest, I just get that stuff from my neighbourhood grocery stores.
Service is generally quite good, you'll occasionally have to deal with the odd sourpuss that assumes
