I ignored it for a while which was dumb & because of that it was really starting to affect my daily life. I had a lot of discomfort while sleeping, was limited on lifting things over my head & reaching certain ways. I also could tell my shoulder was getting weaker. My therapist at Cora Creve Coeur was Joey and we meshed so well from the start! During my first interaction with him, I could tell his expertise, professionalism and dedication were going to be second to none. You could also tell that he was incredibly caring and he listened to what I had to say about my symptoms. I felt heard with Joey and knew he was going to improve my range of motion and decrease the pain I was having. Through a very detailed & comprehensive assessment of my shoulder, he was quickly able to pinpoint what was going on & came up with a game plan of strengthening/range of motion exercises, stretches, massages, & muscle scraping techniques. PT is of course, not the most exciting thing to go through but Joey made things fun, effective and truly made a difference in my shoulder recovery. I left Cora with no pain, range of motion that was back to normal and gained so much strength back in my shoulder. It's been quite a few months since I've finished up there and my should still feels totally normal and healthy. Also wanted to say that Allison at the front desk is the sweetest person, works so hard, is professional and does everything in her power to help get patients set up with whatever they need. I saw other reviews after I made my first post. This is my second one most of the reviews were…read morenegative.. I believe the people that live at negative reviews have to be negative people. I've never heard anybody here complain about the care here one patient he's been at five different rehab centers and he said this one was the best. His mother was here and she loved it. that's the reason he tried it on As I said, don't mind first review hopefully I never have to go back to a rehab center but if I do, there's no question on which one I would pick everybody has been very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and I don't think you could ask for more than that. I talked to people From the CEO here to the cooks people that clean and everybody has been very pleasant to deal with, and I could not ask for more than That. The PT instructors were very knowledgeable patient and we're not afraid to tell you when you're doing something wrong. That's your job. I said I'll tell you when you do something wrong but they never yell at you. They tell you what you're doing wrong and try to explain to you what you did so you can collect your mistake

I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Gorman's for over 21 years - ever since he opened his first…read moreclinic in Chesterfield Valley. Over the years, he has treated me successfully several times. I have had issues with my neck due to my arthritis more than once and also a spinal fusion in 2011. He helped me recover very nicely from both problems. He is also responsible for sending me for an MRI on my shoulder which led to the discovery that I had melanoma cancer. That literally saved my life. Most recently, he has been treating me with "dry needling" as an alternative to having shots in my fused back. This has also resulted in my not requiring further back surgery. Mike and I agree that this "dry needling" program has been the most successful of all my treatments. He has eliminated most, if not all, of my trigger points in my legs, buttocks, back and hips. I walk better, feel more pain free, and do more activities comfortably. Mike has always been professional, respectful and courteous with me. He listens to what I say and includes treatment and/or exercises to address my issues. I highly recommend Mike and iMove PT to anyone who needs Physical Therapy.

I was experiencing extreme pain in my upper back/shoulder area. I tried home remedies for a few…read moreweeks but when it got unbearable I was referred to IMove PT by my doctor. At first the therapy was difficult because I was in so much pain. I saw Dr. Joda and after 2 visits, he suggested that Dr. Gorman try dry needling. I was up for anything that would help. I must say that it isn't a pleasant experience especially being in so much pain. After 3 session of dry needling along with therapy, the pain became tolerable. I had another of 12 visits with Dr. Joda and by the time I was done I had no pain and was able to resume all normal activities. He was wonderful and I would highly recommend IMove PT for any physical therapy needs.
