They subcontracted a guy to come out & do the job, took him about 6 hours to do inside & outside of the windows, window frames, screens & window tracks. I was told that both of their pumps were broken. They never bothered to call! I did not reschedule, as this is no way to run a business. They called back offering a free exterior window wash if I would reschedule, funny but according to their website, this service is always included free with a house powerwash.
