I asked so many questions that I thought for sure they'd get frustrated with me, but neither of them did. Their attention to detail was astonishing. Karen often sent pictures as the project unfolded and she would also video chat with me, from the inside of the containers, when she had specific questions. Cary followed through with logistics to perfection. Getting to know them as people was also a treat. They have an endearing family.
