The place is located on the corner of Sample/Sheridan, the entrance is a small driveway off of Sheridan. Pull up to the closed garage door and follow the sign: honk your horn and wait. They'll open up the door soon enough and wave for you to drive in. From there you can choose your services: a basic car wash includes vacuuming all but the trunk. You will need to take your stuff off the floor though or they'll ignore those spots. The trunk is additional to the posted $15. The wheels weren't washed, but the body was fine and their shop vac did justice to my husky's fur on my dark seats! I also added a small tip for their quick and efficient service! The car is great. The service at headers is not great. My title was sent somewhere to an old…read moreaddress. I had to an extra $150 to have it sent to the new address. And when I called to make sure they had the address on file it wasn't updated they said they would put it in my file and hung up on me. They also said that it could be up to eight weeks and there's no time guarantee on when it could be coming. So then I asked could they give me another tag because it was obviously out of date and they said that's illegal soon now I have an illegal car that I have to drive anyway and not because I didn't pay for insurance not because I didn't do everything right but because even when I went to the DMV in Indiana they had no record of this car title being transferred or even where it came from. So now I'm just sitting waiting hoping and wondering if they sent it yet or if I'm going to have to pay another $150. Worst customer service ever.

Update to last review, I purchased a 2007 Chevy Suburban from this lot and less than 6 months later…read morethe transmission went completely out on me while on way to work. I called & spoke to the dealer Justin & he tell me that I can bring it in and he'll diagnose for free but won't do work on it. After further discussion the Owner decided to put a replacement transmission in and I had to pay $600 plus cash to pick up my truck. Fast forward i pay the money to get it back then days later there's another issue I take it back they agree to fix for free it's been 2 weeks no one calls to update me and when I call Justin acts like I don't have a reason to be calling. He eventually told me to pick up a loaner which I did and vehicle was 100% unsafe to drive brakes were to floor. I returned and have heard not a word. This place is definitely a rip off they will get you in something Quick already having the knowledge of the issues. The management team sucks you can't talk to anyone pass Justin which is unprofessiona. The only people that understands how to be professional at Header's is the friendly women at the front desk. I've always made payments on time and often times even early. They're currently holding a truck that is financed to me and I've been paying on it.
