That left Chef's Corner. Took a bit for me to pull the trigger but their well organized site and fantastic Yelp reviews convinced me, along with a generous first purchase discount. I have to applaud them for being prompt to respond to inquiries, and their willingness to address a shipping challenge was truly a blessing. I bundled several items and everything arrived sooner than expected and in flawless condition. When I was setting up my table it caused me to look harder at a piece I recently ordered direct from Le Creuset and I discovered a flaw, (already proving a hassle to rectify that) so going forward I would absolutely order from Chefs Corner instead of direct from manufacturer. This company is unparalleled in a lot of respects in comparison to a lot of others selling the only brand of cookware I have interest in-Le Creuset. My family and I purchased a washer and dryer from Issac on May 17th at this store, with delivery scheduled for today, May 23rd, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. This morning, I received a call confirming that my delivery would arrive sometime between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. I made sure to stay either outside or within close range of my driveway throughout the day. Despite this, 5:45 PM came and went without any sign of the delivery team. At that point, I called customer service. They informed me that the technician reported arriving at 4:45 PM, claimed to have looked for someone at the home, and noted that he rang the doorbell. His notes included a photo showing my garage door open--which I intentionally left open all day as a clear sign that someone was home and awaiting delivery. I was outside most of the day. At 4:22 PM, I even received a food delivery and kept the garage door open to maintain visibility and audibility. From my kitchen, which is less than 10 feet from the garage, I would have easily heard a truck, a knock, or the doorbell. The technician never approached the door. He took a photo of my home and left. I have security cameras that would have recorded anyone approaching the driveway or front door. No such activity occurred. Now, I have to wait until the next available appointment--Wednesday, May 28th. The phone support team did their best and helped me reschedule, but despite multiple requests, I was never connected to a manager. I plan to visit Best Buy in person tomorrow to discuss this experience, hopefully with Issac directly. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this service. At a minimum, the technician's behavior warrants formal review or disciplinary action. I understand it's a holiday weekend and people want to get off early--but we paid for this service, planned our day around it, and were home and ready. To be overlooked like this is completely unacceptable. Update: we spoke with Issac and saw the photographs the technician uploaded. Wasn't even our house. Still have to wait till Wednesday for units.

When I attempted to address the issue with customer service toll free number the rep was unaware of how to register a complaint. Annabel indicated that she is the store supervisor for this location. She was unable or unwilling to provide any recourse, and in fact, this afternoon she engaged in the same poor behavior and problematic communication that caused me to initiate a complaint. If you have experienced the same treatment, you have the option of filing a formal complaint with the Colorado Dept. of Regulatory Agencies, Civil Rights Division to ensure that rules regarding Public Accommodations are enforced. Perhaps Le Creuset will begin to take these concerns more seriously the more consumers document systemic issues with their employees.
