I had a great experience with Apex Enterprises! They were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated the free estimates and how easy they made everything. Makayla was incredibly productive and helpful, and Jackie was also wonderful to work with. They both made the experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Apex Enterprises to anyone looking for great service and a reliable company! Not only are they flexible with your schedule they are incredibly compassionate facility read more

Apex roofing is an excellent company. We had our home roof completely renovated. The crew arrived on time every day and were well organized. They cleaned up at the end of every day and the crew manager kept us well informed. They were very friendly and were very careful not to damage anything. They completed the job as indicated. I highly recommend Apex Roofing!! read more

You have done 3 roofs on our rental properties and now because of the great jobs we are scheduling a 4th one Thank you See you soon read more

Called to get an estimate and a nice gentleman came in to look at the roof and emailed me an estimate. I received the estimate and they stated that the estimate is good for 15 days and I decided to do it so I call them and they now want an extra 4000 dollars..... I laughed and looked for someone else.... A few days later I find a better company with a better price and phenomenal service. Roof is now done all good to go. read more

Didn't show up for the 4 hour appointment window. Had to call after the 4 hours to be told that the office person should not have scheduled that time for the roofer to come out. Yet no one called ahead of time to let me know. read more

I've used Apex for 30 years!! Very professional and full staff! I will always feel I'm in good hands with a legit company!

We have a flat roof that is leaking in the garage and hallway. We had pooling problems too. We had four estimates from four different companies and they all ranged from VERY high too very low prices. These. Companies (per website, etc.) were all local companies. BS, two were outside Santa Clarita. The roof was only 871 sq ft. So not a big job. But, Apex come in with the right material (PTO)and a good price. They were always on time, cleaned up each day. Which made it look like they were not here after they left each day. Very polite and friendly staff. The end results were great! Added a drain in the garage and should not have any pooling from here on. We would ask Apex to come back again, and helping local businesses during this pandemic. Nice job Apex!!! read more

I made an appointment a week ago to have repairs made to my roof. We scheduled a window from 8-12. At 11:30 Apex called and said their repairman could not make it. I expressed my dissapointment and explained I took half a day off from work. I got a call back 10 minutes later saying they found a different repair person and would be at my house from noon to 3. They ended up being a no-show and I took an entire day off of work for them to flake on me. I'm very disappointed to say the least. read more

Watch out! These people will gouge you given the chance. I called to request someone come out to straighten and firmly attach two cap tiles the had been blown askew during the last high wind event. Although the crew came out quickly and fixed the problem, Apex charged $550 for a less than a one hour job. Shameful. read more

Do not let them do a roof certification if you are buying a house! Apex did a roof certification for me 3 years ago when I bought my house with a two year warranty. When I called about the warranty because some shingles blew off the lady told me the warranty doesn't cover that and hung up. There has been a significant amount of shingles blow off in the last couple years so I inquired about having the roof repaired. I have had several roofers come out and give me estimates and opinions. All the roofers, including there own estimator have no idea how my roof was ever certified and the roof was junk 5 years ago and should have never been certified. I am now getting it replaced for $10,000 . I tried to contact a manager and have left messages for her to call me. She never has. read more

Lets see they don't even respond unless their deposit is cashed, then they'll call you weeks later. They will constantly reach out to get their deposit, but once they get that they disappear. I was told my "start" date was approaching but I come to find out its for a month and a half out haha. What a joke. Stay away unless you like to chase people then by all mean use them and let me know later how it went. Got a hold of someone and they tell me the person in charge has left early. I call again and get the same thing a few days later. We called to cancel later on and right away they state we wont get our $200 deposit back. Never again. read more

I have used this company several times. The roofing work is great, the office staff needs a little customer service improvement. Randy, one of the sales people is nice, a little too talkative (quite a character) but genuinely interested in taking care of my needs. read more

I have to say I was having a bad day when I called Apex Roofing because of the leaks in my roof. The girls in the office where so nice never rude to me. They where very busy but tried their best to fit me in their schedule. I'm happy I didn't go with another company because Apex is truly amazing. My roof had never looked so beautiful. Even my neighbor got their roof done by them due to the great job they did on mine. My estimator William was such a good person, he adapted his busy schedule to my schedule for a free estimate. I will most certainly be calling them in the future if I ever need them. read more

I guess there's a reason these guys have a 2 star rating. I made an appointment with them 4 days in advance, to address severe ceiling leaks in my child's bedroom. Made arrangements with work to be home that day. Appointment was for an 8-12. Get a phone call at 9am the day of, saying they don't have a repairman available. read more

William Caceres came to our house and provided a free estimate to replace some dry rot happening on our roof. He was on-time and very knowledgeable. I frequently spoke to Teresa who answered all my questions and provided outstanding customer service. Even though my husband decided to perform the task himself I wanted to leave a positive review because it was such a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them. By the way the proposal was very comprehensive and competitive. read more

Don't use this company. agreed with Apex cost for the total job. After they completed the job, they told me it cost $500 more for stuff they couldn't account for when took the roof apart. I was pissed. They said there are lines in the job contract stating they have the right to charge for more. I am not mad because of the additional cost. I am pissed because they didn't verbally tell me up front instead of some hidden verbiage buried on page 2 of the contract read more

Apex Roofing is an A class company. They show true professionalism from the in office staff with Jackie and Natalie, to the estimators and the crew. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. Don't think twice and call them for an estimate! read more

Terrible job and warranty service. Roof done in 2013 and now having issues with flashing and flat roof. They refuse to recognize problem after I had two independent roofers look at it. There is an added patio which we take responsibility for but there are obvious problem with the portions they installed. Rude office managed has not even called. Would not recommend read more

I've known the owner and team at Apex for over 10 years. They are a great company and fantastic roofers. I knew them professionally at first, but when it came time for work on my own house, they were my first call. Jackie was quick to schedule time for an inspection and William gave me an expert's assessment and a VERY fair price. The work was competed on time, professionally and best of all- fixed the problem. No one is excited when they have to call a roofer, but when you do, call Apex. read more

called they came right out to estimate problem emailed nice clean easy to read paper work i scheduled they came the next week no more leak thank you markis read more

Terrible customer service. Receptionist scheduled an appt with my senior citizen mom, to come look at a leak that was under warranty. Roofer no-showed, mom called back. Was told he was there and rang doorbell but no answer. Mom has no doorbell and she pointed that out. Then she said someone wrote the address down wrong and he went to the wrong house. Nope - not an excuse since my mom had already called after he was an hour late - they should have caught that, and my mom had them verify the address which was correct. Lie #2. Now, after wasting all morning waiting for him, mom is stressed because she's been told that now he can't come until tomorrow. The did a crappy job before and she wouldn't have called them again, but has no choice because it's under their warranty and she is on a fixed income. Any issues with the reschedule tomorrow will result in a call to the Better Business Bureau and posting on community pages about bad businesses. read more

Randy and his crew did an amazing job on our roof. We were unsatisfied with a small section of the completed job. Randy made sure that the guys came back and fixed the issue right away. I'd definitely recommend using his services if you need work on your roof. Our house is now leak free and a lot cooler due to ventilation he installed. A+ service and communication. read more

I called Apex Roofing 10 days in advance and set up a roof inspection with Natalie. The day before the scheduled inspection I called again and spoke with Natalie to confirm our appointment. I requested a 1030am appointment but she told me that the only thing she time slot she could guarantee was between 8am-12noon. I could however call back in the morning and see if I could get a closer time once the days work schedule was posted. I called the next morning and spoke with James who said you are on the schedule today between 8am-12noon with a request for 10:30am. I said ok please ask the roof inspector to call me before he arrives. James said he would pass the request along. Well I never received a call and I have been waiting in the parking lot at the new commercial building we are considering purchasing and I called Apex at 11:50am and spoke with James again who said the inspector is just running a little behind and he will be there shortly. 1pm called again and spoke with James who now said there is a mistake that I was not on the schedule for today. I ask how is that possible?? I have spoken with you 3 times today and this is the first time I hear this "story" at this point I was wondering if his was grossly incompetent or a bold liar. I ask who was the inspector scheduled and James said it was originally William (the owner) and now it is Ray. So I have waited in a parking lot for 5hrs and 4 minutes for APEX Roofing and no one is able to come out and inspect the roof. OH, by the way their roof inspection charge is not free they charge $250.00 for the inspection and I did not have a problem with the price but it would have been nice to receive just one call saying hey sorry we are not going to be able to make it instead I wasted 5 hours of my time and now I have to find another roof inspector before we can finish this commercial loan. Please do yourself a favor and select another roofer anyone has to be better. William, Jose, Ray, James and Natalie you need to work on customer service please. Thanks, MM. read more
