I've had work done several times by zimdall electric. Each time got worse than the previous time…read more Everything from knocking out an entirely functional wall of electricity to putting things in the ground that were already there such as grounding copper. Then the worst part was when Steve fell through my kitchen ceiling and tried to blame me. And if that wasn't bad enough that my kitchen ceiling came down they sent three guys who had been drinking to fix the ceiling. Instead of fixing the ceiling they cut a square out of the ceiling and put a square into the ceiling even though a 4x8 sheet was ruined plus and then they ruined the texture on my ceiling. And to this day it's still like that because they've never fixed it. Even though every job that I ever had them work on I paid cash money. So I wouldn't recommend them for anything. I strongly recommend anybody should call the Arkansas electrical licensing or the contractor's licensing board to make sure that all the workers that come to your house are indeed licensed in the state of Arkansas. I will say one thing that was good about the company and that was Ed. Ed was an extremely personable person I don't know what his actual job is but I would say working in a field of construction that I had for decades that I would say he would be an amazing outside salesperson because he is definitely a good talker very pleasant professional and it's got a sense of humor. So yay for Ed but he's not the one working on anything electric or drywall for that matter. So I would not hire zimdall electric. Also I have to say that this is nothing to do with the original owner Richard zimdall who is retired. This business is not owned by zimdalls anymore. So it's sad that somebody does that shoddy work using a company name who built a strong following in the Mountain Home area. I believe the owner there is Matthew Archie and not Richard zimdall

They fixed a shorted recessed light can and identified the purpose of a switch that was not being utilized for a outdoor ceiling fan. Charges were very fair, I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for an honest pro electrician. Thank you.

I really want to give a great review; the work they did was exemplary. But they have scheduling issues; I contacted them on Thursday for the following Tuesday at 2:00pm. When Tuesday passed with no word, I called and was told it would be Wednesday at 2:00pm. At 1:30 on Wednesday two electricians arrived and got right to work. They were quick and efficient. But they did not complete the last job and advised me that another electrician would be by Thursday to finish the work. Nobody came. I called and it rang and went to voicemail. I left a message that has not been returned. I'm optimistic that they'll be back as I haven't paid them, nor did they produce an invoice. Nice folks, they do good work, but I would definitely try to pin them down on actual days and times. I wasted all of Thursday waiting for someone who didn't call or text. Courtesy goes a long way.

Five Stars for Sandland Construction Experienced,…read moreProfessional, and Reliable We live out of state and feel very fortunate to have found Sandland Construction who worked with us to make our dream home come true. Beth and Randy Sandland immediately understood what we wanted to accomplish and were enthusiastic about our vision. Randy's knowledge and experience in construction are self-evident when we look around our new home. His attention to detail and his workmanship are impressive, and we feel confident that our house was built to the highest standards. Special thanks to Randy's crew for their hard work and dedication. Beth's management of our project was nothing short of exceptional. Although we were unable to be on site during most, if not all, of the construction, she kept everything running smoothly. There were some challenges, such as supply chain disruptions, a tornado, and heavy rainfalls during the build, but Beth calmed our fears and kept us well-informed with regularly scheduled Zoom meetings, and plenty of photos and videos. Beth's sense of design and her ability to pick up on our preferences made our home a true reflection of what we had imagined. Her vast knowledge of cabinetry, counter tops, tile, flooring, etc. was an invaluable source to us in making the best decisions. We absolutely love our new home. It is truly a legacy build.
