In the meantime, my dad and I have our current home cleaned by housekeeping bi-monthly. In the efforts to find a good housekeeping company that is reliable, consistent, professional we started our due- diligence by having different companies come in and clean for us. If we sort of liked them we would have them back in 2 weeks for another cleaning. We then discussed the different teams and thoughts on who we sort of liked, the pro's and con's for each experience. This was 1 of the companies that we had clean our home twice. There are a few concerns with this company. 1 TARDINESS were late both times to confirmed appointment time. 2. UNIFORMS- the ladies were not in any type of uniform. I didn't care if it were pants and tennis shoes but they were in their own clothes. 3. CHECKLIST - I DID not have a checklist at all to see what was completed. The kitchen small toaster oven & microwave were not cleaned. The second time they came, I asked the same 2 ladies to please clean the kitchen and I pointed to the toaster oven and microwave. Both were cleaned the second time to satisfaction. 4. CLEANING SUPPLIES was Confused as to which supplies were the companies vs mine because my father owns a cleaning company so I also had cleaning supplies and garbage bags, etc.... because they bring in there own cleaning supplies. They also only had 1 extra large trash bag for the cleaning so I gave them a few more. 5. Follow-up FOLLOW-UP BEFORE THE ladies left, my father and I talked with the ladies about schedules and if we wanted the same people to clean each time is that possible. We were told yes and then to confirm it with the scheduler. The ladies mentioned that the scheduler would call to confirm next appointments and times to get us on the books immediately. We did not get a call so we called the office 3 days later to set up the second cleaning.

I told them dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning the counters tops and bathrooms. They agreed that was no problem. When I looked at the rugs that they had vacuumed it was obvious their vacuum cleaner was not working. I offered them mine which they used but I am glad that I noticed theirs was not working or they would have left the rugs just as they were before they even arrived. After they left I went into the master bathroom which they said they vacuumed and mopped. The hair from my blow drying that morning was still on the floor. A tag I had cut off of a shirt was still on the floor. No way those things could have been missed by a vacuum and a mop! The mold around my tub jets was untouched. My vanity was still dirty. I immediately called the ladies and asked if they had cleaned the master bath. They said they did. I sent them pictures of what I was talking about. (I have many pictures) I was told the owner Lexy would call me back and let me know how they planned to handle the matter. So a week later with no reply I called the owner only to be told it was my husband's fault because he miscommunicated and he had said we only wanted the dining room (which we never use) and the living room cleaned. She went on for 10 minutes breaking down the price per hour that they charge etc. Never addressing the fact that they did not clean what they said they cleaned or that she didn't even bother to return my call or texts with pictures. When she finally let me talk she told me she didn't like my tone and wouldn't discuss the matter further. There had been no discussion. She had done all the talking. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR OR WANT DECENT FAIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is one 5 star review on their Facebook page by someone named LEXY. Hmmmm
