I cannot remember his name but one of the main hosts/servers/bartenders/staff was super accommodating. He greeted us with open arms and treated us like family. We sat by the fire place and offered menus right away. We ordered the ceviche to start, and the prime rib for our main course (we shared as it was quite big) and a margarita. They also provided some bread and butter to go alongside our meal. ALL the food and drinks were phenomenal! The ceviche tasted so fresh, the meat was so juicy, and the margarita was nice and strong. Service was spectacular as well! It was a little pricey for being in Cabo, but my boyfriend and I highly enjoyed it and want to go back already. It was so worth it! On top of that - since we couldn't finish our margarita (I was too full and it was too strong) they even gave us a to-go cup with a salted rim. We learned the restaurant didn't have dinner menu, dinner was served by chef with spontaneous dishes. You have choices of three courses dinner or five courses. We're looking for light dinner, and were wondering if any other option we had. The chef was able to accommodate us and offered us options of light lunch menu of that day. I feel they are doing good job of working with customers' needs. The appetizer was blue fin tuna sashimi with Mexican sauce on top of hummus. Tuna was in the right thickness that gives you fullness texture and sweet flavor, and melt in your mouth at the same time. The steak first looked like medium rare, when it's in your mouth, the you feel the tenderness on each bite, and each bite was delicious in your mouth! We had salad, appetizer, main course and desert. Our waiter was great, very attentive and friendly. Overall dining experience is very similar to four stars restaurant in Manhattan NY, with less than half of Manhattan 4-star-restaurant price!
