They even called me when the installers picked up the materials to let me know they would soon be on the way to the property after another stop! I called Empire Flooring's customer service three separate times throughout the day, desperate for an ETA or an update. Each call was an exercise in futility. The representatives, while polite, were utterly powerless. They admitted they could not get in touch with their own service technicians or dispatch. They couldn't even reach a service manager. Not once did anyone from Empire Flooring--not a technician, not a manager, not a dispatcher--have the basic decency to call me to inform me they were running late, to provide a new ETA, or to tell me they weren't coming. I was left in limbo for ten full hours, staring at my ruined floor and waiting by the phone like a fool. This is not just poor service; it is profoundly disrespectful and unprofessional. You have wasted my entire day, cost me money from my job, and shown zero regard for my time or my significant investment in your product.
