While I'm originally from San Diego, I'm unfamiliar with the real estate market other than looking at properties on Zillow. While talking to a childhood friend, she recommended her realtor Erin and gave me her number. It felt too intrusive to call her personal cellphone so I decided to go to her website to learn more about her and ultimately decided to call the general number. Well, guess who answered?! lol Erin. I had to mute the phone shortly after she answered because I was awkwardly giggling to myself like a crazy person. I guess I just figured someone from her team would answer so it's funny I ended up talking to her anyway. We had a nice conversation. While I had many questions, she patiently answered them all. She offered locations to consider in my price range, townhomes and single family homes and places that don't charge an HOA. I thought HOA's were only on condo's, derp. Erin demonstrated to me that she's more interested in the relationship than the transaction and I respect that. We went ahead and scheduled an appointment at her office next week so she can help me with planning.

It was time for my mom to finally downsize to a home which would be more manageable; square footage to yard maintenance; for someone in their 80's. Therefore, I searched Yelp and after viewing the realtors on Yelp, Erin Wade stood out even before I read her reviews. I called Erin and set up a meet and greet with my mom and husband to discuss options for selling and buying a home in the area. From starting to finish, Erin was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free and successful for my mom who has never had to deal with selling and buying a home for over 30+ years. Erin is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, communication was always clear and timely, and she responded to all texts and/or emails in a timely matter even while out of town for family event. If it just so happened Erin was not available, she assigned someone from her team to cover in her absence. Erin made sure we were kept in the loop on any information about the property my mom was selling and the one she was purchasing. Erin really catered to my mom's needs and to my husband and my expectations during the process. Overall, Erin made us feel we were the only customer even though we know that is not true. We; my mom, husband and I, are grateful to have found Erin Wade and her team to help my mom sell her home and find her forever home. If you are looking for a great, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable Realtor. Erin Wade is that Realtor. I will definitely call Erin Wade when I am in the market to sell my home.

For tax purposes, we needed to establish the current market value for the step up basis for the estate. The appraisal is also highly recommended to list the property for sale. I found Bob to be very professional in his onsite inspection of the property and delivering a very comprehensive and detailed report. Being first time home buyers, my husband and I knew very little about how the home buying process works. We were referred to the Seaman team by our lender, and they got us into a home we saw on Zillow the very next day. Edie was our real estate agent and she was absolutely a joy to work with. She was excited with us through the whole process and very very knowledgable. We loved the home but found out that same day there were several other offers already put on the house that morning. The whole Seaman team came together for us and helped us draft a competitive offer by that same evening. Edie kept in constant contact with us while we waiting to hear back from the seller, and they ended up accepting our offer. There is absolutely no way we could have bought this house without Edie and the whole Seaman Team! Once our offer was accepted, Edie and Nicole helped guide us through a very fast 21 day escrow period, and we just got the keys to our home yesterday!
