In the process of selling our home we had to have a well inspection done. Since it was the buyers…read morelending office that requested this inspection, we were not able to choose the company. We would've chosen our local company to come out and do this. After removing the pump, the electric and motor, we started having issues within a couple weeks. We called them back and they tell us we had to have a new pressure tank, which was barely 5 years old. Without being able to get a hold of us, they took it upon themselves to damage the old one and remove it and put a new one in, charging way above what you could get them for at the hardware store. Extremely dissatisfied

Kimberly is the RUDEST woman. She answered the phone and instead of being pleasant and asking how…read moreshe could help, she demanded to know why I was calling. I hung up as I don't have time nor desire to deal with rude people. She called me back 2x, leaving a nasty message telling me that I was rude as I asked for the business owner and she demanded that I never call back. NO wonder they need financial help - she is ruining what little reputation they have left!

Bass Brothers Roofing

We would not entrust any other team to replace the roof on our…read more 100+-year-old cabin than Bass Brothers Roofing. They came out, measured the old roof, and explained and recommended the best replacement. We did wait a few months for the roof to arrive, but that was to be expected as we ordered a metal roof, and it's delivery delay was due to the pandemic. Once it was delivered, the Bass Brothers did not delay, they got right to work. They removed and replaced the rotted boards, nails, and gutters. The entire job took them about one week, and they left the entire site clean. We love the end result. The roof looks amazing!
