Can't comment on food but a very nice little stop and keep going a few hundred yards after your coffee then you walk in the parade with great sea views Only thing bothered me is they have wifi but wont share. Best if they hide wifi signal as not to get people wound up (or is that just me )

Food offerings are homestyle and really tasty, apart from a few mass produced cookies at the counter, wrapped in cellophane. Anyway, back to the good stuff ... all the food has a marvellous home made touch. Today I enjoyed a bowl of lovely Pumpkin, Kumara (NZ sweet potato) and Ginger soup, it was deliciously creamy, spicy and good. I also had a slice of Carrot Cake. This is what brings me back here, it's fabulous... moist, spicy and lovely. My friends and I have had great burgers, sandwiches and salads here too. It's good. Thank you.

On the one hand you have Grand Century, which is mediocre at best with not much variety. There are also the other Asian-fusion type places like Ancestral where there's just as much SE Asian influences. For variety, freshness and taste I'd give Majestic 4 stars. I wish there were more traditional items like braised chicken feet or steamed/braised mixed offal or sticky rice with chicken wrapped in lotus leaves or even jellyfish salad. However, this place does a good job to satisfy the dim sum craving whenever I have them (and I have them a lot).

We started with some summer rolls, which were fresh, with very crisp vegetables and tasty shrimp. Another member of our group enjoyed the pork buns very much. The durian milkshake was a hit with those of the group who like durian, though I can't say I'm one of those! I ordered Chicken curry, with roti. It was incredible. Spicy, creamy, with perfectly cooked kumara and potato, alongside tender morsels of chicken. The roti was clearly homemade. Perfect. I could have eaten 3 more bowls. Another of our group got the lemongrass chicken - demolished. It was great. Someone got the beef pho, which was deemed very tasty. We finished up with some black bean and coconut with ice dessert, which was unbelievably good. Basically, amazing prices, killer food, you've gotta get over here!

After ordering a drink and an app, 30 minutes went by before I flagged down a poor unsuspecting person walking by to beg for another drink. When I still hadn't seen my actual server after another 15 minutes, never having a chance to order real food, I gave up and left. To their credit, the manager comp'd my check to apologize and said they were busy. I'm sorry, but 45 minutes without seeing my server isn't "busy," it's just plain disrespectful and disgraceful. I didn't want a free drink and fries, I wanted an enjoyable dinner. Which I never got, on either account.
